Most of my communication was with Debi and as I've stated she is outstanding. Kiki was quick to respond, knowledgeable and friendly. I also had online communication with Greg Cook. He was quick to respond and worked with me to find a satisfactory resolve. Things happen, the manner in which the team handled it made it just that...an inconvenient thing.

House was wonderful for our family of eight adults and six little ones We had plenty of room even to have a dance party in the den one night kitchen was well appointed with most everything we needed. Loved having the extra refrigerator in the laundry room.

Called once before arrival. They were fantastic and answered all the concerns I had!

We have visited this property twice and both times it did not disappoint. The beach access and view is amazing. We loved using the kayak and the kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs.

Our vacation at "Once Upon A Tide" property was fabulous! The property is is lovely, recently renovated and has everything one could wish for, including an elevator which makes getting luggage in and out very easy! That alone, and direct beach access) determined our selection of this property! Happily, everything else was just a nice. The property was exceptionally clean, well appointed and very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more.

The option to text and get a response from team members is great they responded very quickly

We will return
