The team did so great that we never had to contact them directly. All of our needs were met by emails sent by default.

We had a great stay. I wish the chairs were still included with the rental.

Communication was great! Loved the text feature and Debi was always very helpful and quick to respond. Also loved that we were able to access the condo early the day we arrived.

This is by far our favorite place to stay. We love the floor plan of the condo and the views from the west side of the building. Love the huge balcony and the ocean views. Having 3 bedrooms that have a private bathroom is so nice and everyone has their own space. This is the only place we will stay when we're in Navarre.

Kitchen stocked with everything could possibly need. Loved the access to gas grill. The pool was wonderful and access to pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. was great. Each bedroom with ensuite bathroom was so nice ! Mattresses, pillows and bed linens were very comfortable. Kitchen was large and more than enough room for our meals and hanging out.

Our experience was great!! The booking process was very easy and the communication was great. Kept us updated via email as it got closer to our vacation time, on our way down and during our stay.

We LOVE The Sunshine House! We had our family of 9 plus a fur baby and the house was perfect, we loved how it was laid out, plenty of room and very spacious. It is beautiful! The upstairs bedroom area is great, it's like it's own apartment minus a kitchen, plenty of room for the kiddos up there. The other 3 bedrooms on the main level are great, the master suite and bathroom is fantastic!! The kitchen is amazing, huge pantry and separate ice maker which we loved. The pool area is awesome, we loved it and loved that it was all fenced in so we didn't have to worry about our fur baby running off while we swam and lots of shade down there as well. The huge covered deck was great with plenty of chairs, a table and a swing, we spent alot of time out there. The walk to the beach is short and a straight shot. We will definitely rent this house again!!

Loved this house. My family has been going to Destin for the past 10 years. This year we decided to go to Pensacola. We love Destin but enjoyed the quite beaches of Pensacola and will return next year for our yearly family beach vacation. We have three grown married children with a one and four year old grandsons. We were able to invite my niece and her family of four to join us and we had more than enough room.

The management team was amazing! Prompt to respond and took care of all of our needs.

Some of the electrical outlets in the kitchen were not working. A maintenance man was there first thing in the morning to correct the problem. If you made a call to our guest services team for maintenance, how well was it handled? Please let us know which team member deserves a GOLD star! I loved the large deck and the pool area. This house was wonderfully located and was stocked with everything we needed during our stay.

This was our family's second time at this property and we'll likely return again. The house is roomy with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Also great are the two large tables to use for meals with plenty of chairs. The outside yard is beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely shaded in the hot afternoons. The swimming pool is in great shape and also shaded in the afternoon. We were especially happy that the property allows a pet to come now, as the backyard offers a great space for pets as well.

I mostly dealt with Debi and she was fabulous!

The property is very well kept, neat and clean! The pool was very convenient to house. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all. We had a view across the highway of the ocean. The house was so roomy and the bathrooms especially the master bathroom was very spacious. The kids loved the bunk room with each having a full size bed to sleep in. Great stay and would love to come back again.

The location was perfect, with just a few steps to the gulf. The view was fantastic. The inside of the house was gorgeous and anything you could possibly need was available for your stay. It was a wonderful stay!
