Check‑In Instructions

It’s vacation time! Please go directly to your rental property.

You will receive your electronic door code by text a few minutes before check‑in time.
Enter the code on the front door keypad to access the property.

Standard check‑in times

Portofino Island Resort only

Upon arrival, stop at the front desk before the entrance gate on the left (west) side.
You will receive condo keys and armbands at 3:00 PM (CT).
The front desk is open 24 hours; please have your ID ready.

Check‑out time is 10:00 AM (CT).

Text “CHECK OUT” to 850‑426‑4722 when you depart.
Remove all trash from the house/condo and place bagged trash in outside containers or the trash chute.
Empty the refrigerator (you may leave unopened items for housekeepers).
Place all used towels in piles on the bathroom floors. Do not remove sheets, bedding, or mattress covers.
Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher.
Pick up items from decks, garage, and areas below the house/condo.
Double‑check for personal belongings. Returned items incur a $75 fee plus shipping.
Set the thermostat to 72° for the air conditioning.
Lock all doors. Confirm patio doors are secure and the front door is locked. Do not use the deadbolt on the front door.
