'The Shore House' is an amazing place to spend your vacation. It is one of a select few homes that sits directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.  The house is spacious and open. The main floor has an open kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto a deck area overlooking the Gulf.  Plenty of space! The downstairs den complete with TV and BAR! Giving this house, two great places for extended family or large groups of friends to gather.

This property also has abundant outside space! The main level has a wrap around deck with a gas grill. The very top level has a balcony off of the master which provides incredible views of the gulf!  The largest deck space is at the bottom level of the house. This area could be used for a dance floor, a wedding reception, a large family reunion ... so many different events!

This house has five bedrooms. The master and two other bedrooms have king size beds. The other top floor bedroom has two queen beds and a connecting bathroom.  The 5th bedroom is a bonus bedroom which is the bunk room!  It has a full bunk bed and a twin bunk bed to sleep six, and a bathroom with shower.  All are beautifully decorated and sure to please.

There are 5 Flat Screen TVs, great kitchen items (keurig, blender, new toaster, new utensils, etc.), and all kinds of space both inside and out.   And of course, the Gulf of Mexico!   This is the ultimate beach front vacation spot. 

Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. The Shore House is Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.
