We loved our stay at this property, great location right next to the beach and the pool was a great size! We had several small kids from 1-4 years old and they loved the front porch swing and all of the beach toys provided. The only complaint we had was the basement smelt like stale beer so we didn’t go down there much. Overall this house was perfect and upper levels were very well maintained and fit our multi family vacation. We would love to rent again!

The house is as represented on the listing. We found the living room a comfortable place to hang out and loved having the long dining table. The ping pong and other games were great to have, as we were visiting in the winter. There is beach access across the street and one can see the water across the dunes. The customer service of the management company was outstanding. We did feel the beds were softer than we would like. We were disappointed that the house didn't provide beach towels or hair dryers, but it was clear on the listing that we would have to bring our own.

This was an ideal location for our family reunion. The beach was so convenient with our several families of young children. It was an easy walk for all ages. The pool was great when it was heated and temperature outside was 70. Our first few days were lower 60 and the heater didn’t seem to do as well. Too cold for younger children when temp is low outside. It was nice to have the wagon, beach chairs and toys for the beach. Home didn’t come with enough TP, paper towels, or dishwasher tabs for a home that sleeps 25- but home was clean and beds comfortable. It was nice to have the extra refrigerators in the home for the food and cold drinks.

Loved this house! Our family consisted of our 83 year old parents, our kids and grandkids (7months-7 yrs old), and my husband and me. The setup is perfect so that late night games can be played downstairs while people sleep upstairs without being disturbed by the noise. The location is perfect. The beach is amazing! The only suggestion I have is that a small amount of basic cooking seasonings, a large skillet, and extra blankets be available. We were surprised that there were absolutely no seasonings in the cabinets. The property management team was phenomenal…quick to respond to questions, and actually sent housekeeping by to bring extra blankets for my parents. Totally recommend this house!

My family and extended family spent a wonderful week here reconnecting with one another and enjoying the quick and easy walk to the beach. The house is angled in the most perfect way so that the wide front porch never has the heat of the direct sun. We enjoyed many mornings there drinking coffee and listening to the waves hit the beach. Many of us had fun in the bonus game room and especially loved how we could be playing pool or ping-pong without disturbing anyone sleeping upstairs. While the house is not the most updated on the beach, that was less important to us than the time we had together and this place was perfect for that.

This was a beautiful home and perfect location! A refrigerator in the downstairs area would have been great as well as outside lighting. Amazing spot for family and friends!

Great location! short walk to the beach and gorgeous views. Wagons with chairs, umbrellas, sand toys all provided was awesome. The game area is so fun and if you have little kids who are napping or sleeping upstairs it is a great retreat for rowdy adults. The heated pool is great, the listing did not specify it was a additional charge or that you have to request it. When I asked if it was on they came to put it on and it took about 48 hours to warm up which was frustrating being a chilly in October and not being told we should ha e requested that immediately. But they came very quickly to turn on and that was appreciated.

The House was Amazing. The game room area was awesome. The only cons was we were expecting a hot tub and hammock that were in pictures and description but are no longer there. Overall everything was perfect and would definitely rent again

Our family of 10 adults stayed for 5 days for our mother/ grandmother’s birthday celebration. The home had plenty of space for group time and plenty of space for everyone to have that little bit of needed privacy. There are a few maintenance issues at the property but k no thing that could not be easily overlooked

We had a wonderful time staying here for a week. The location is perfect, just a walk across the street to the beach., and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house is well equipped for large gatherings. The pool was a big hit with the little ones, very clean and maintained. There are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys and bikes to keep everyone happy. Had small issue with an appliance and it was dealt with immediately. Management communication was very easy and any questions were answered promptly. I would highly recommend this house!!

brought the family of 14 for a week at this beach house-4 families with kids 2-10-plenty of room, bottom floor game room used a lot-most days at the beach or pool-ate in all but one night-will try to come again !

Truly a "Beach House" for all ages (our group-8 months to 86 years)-stairs to main level a bit of a challenge-Plenty of downstairs activities with easy access to pool area-Many beach supplies-bicycles, etc.-Kitchen area well stocked-little congested at times-toaster a "tester"-overall all went well and all happy-Beautiful view of beach from front porch-easy access to beach area-Our week was thoroughly enjoyed by all-ended too soon-Shirley H.

We absolutely loved this place! We stayed with 6 other families! It is perfect location from the beach (1 minute walk to a private beach access). The beach was never crowded while we were there. The house is beautiful! A few of the beds weren’t as comfortable as people were hoping, but everyone loved the house! The pool is so great! The downstairs game room is an awesome addition in case there’s bad weather. The property management team was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Every family truly enjoyed their stay and we are already looking to hook again in the future.

The house was just as listed! Lots of things to do, fully stocked kitchen, tv’s to accommodate different viewing interests, tons of beach supplies, the bikes were great, we loved the basement space to hang out and play games! It was absolutely perfect for the 12 of us and all my needs were met and replied to in a very timely manner. Very very happy with our entire experience at this home!

We got this house for my daughter’s wedding for all the family to stay together. It was awesome. The game room down stairs was the main attraction since we all stayed down there most of the time. The house was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely rent this house again.

Was better than we expected, We love the playroom so much, Bike ride was another experience and the beach was so close and quiet. Kids where so happy to be together in this beautiful room with large bunkbeds. We will come back for Ester.

Great Beach House for family with kids from 6 to 72! Gameroom allowed two separate areas for indoor activities. Beach, pool, hot tub, and bikes provided great outdoor fun! Kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking and serving supplies for a large family. We highly recommend! We'll be baack!

Thanks for the great review! This is the ultimate fun beach house with awesome extras and a fantastic location. The house is just getting better as we are doing a further update with new flooring in the bedrooms, opening up the great room, adding queen built in bunk beds (2). We hope to have you back soon!
