This place is great! The location for the air show was the best in the entire community. We saw everything so we didn’t even have to brave traffic or crowds to view the show. It’s a quiet location but still close enough to restaurants. You get 2 parking spots. The host was very responsive. I received immediate responses to every text. The washer broke prior to our arrival and they let us know immediately and even had a new washer delivered two days into our stay. The only thing different that I could see was that the sofa sleeper didn’t have linens.

This was the cleanest place I’ve ever rented! Things were so clearly marked and the thoughtfulness of things left were incredible. A spice rack was even on the counter. There were notes explaining how to do things and the texts were very informative. They even checked on us while we were there. Highly recommend this condo!

Had a great time and the location was great. The check in time is later than most Air Bnb's that I've stayed at (5pm). Normally check in is around 3. In addition, we were not clear about what level our place was as it was unit 9 in the G building. Once we found it, it made sense but not as intuitive as one might think.
Overall though everything was so comfortable and I would love to stay here again.

Greg’s place was phenomenal even though it was a short bring break for my son! I will definitely be back i liked that we surrounded by the water all around! Greg’s place was immaculate, spacious, cozy, quiet, relaxing, clean I will back liked it better than Destin. The pool area was nice and clean! For the price amenities I highly recommend!

Place was clean & had great amenities! There were a few problems we occurred but didn’t inform Greg due to the inconvenience for us & them on the weekend. The master bedroom toilet flapper needs to be replace so the water won’t run all day. I just put my hand in there & make sure the rubber flapper was seal. Second issue was the shower needs some draino or unclogged. It’s clog & all these stuff comes up when showering. It drains really slow. Third issue is the front door needs to be realigned. It’s hard to closed & shut all the way. I’m sure Greg will take care of these issues. Overall it’s a great place & still give it a 5 STAR!!! Wife & kids love the place & that’s all it matters. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Greg’s place in Pensacola! The location is perfect---right by the beach with easy access to walking along the shore. The place was very clean and well-maintained.
Greg was a great host---communication was clear, prompt, and helpful from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and the property was easy to find with no issues at all.
We had such a great time and truly enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Pensacola!
