We enjoyed Greg’s place. The view of the bay was beautiful. We loved that my mom could have the access to the elevator so it made this much easier for her. Will definitely stay here again

Greg’s place was phenomenal even though it was a short bring break for my son! I will definitely be back i liked that we surrounded by the water all around! Greg’s place was immaculate, spacious, cozy, quiet, relaxing, clean I will back liked it better than Destin. The pool area was nice and clean! For the price amenities I highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Everything was as described and the host was responsive. The beds were so comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. We really appreciated having access to beach chairs and the kayaks. Thanks for a wonderful place!

Place was clean & had great amenities! There were a few problems we occurred but didn’t inform Greg due to the inconvenience for us & them on the weekend. The master bedroom toilet flapper needs to be replace so the water won’t run all day. I just put my hand in there & make sure the rubber flapper was seal. Second issue was the shower needs some draino or unclogged. It’s clog & all these stuff comes up when showering. It drains really slow. Third issue is the front door needs to be realigned. It’s hard to closed & shut all the way. I’m sure Greg will take care of these issues. Overall it’s a great place & still give it a 5 STAR!!! Wife & kids love the place & that’s all it matters. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Greg’s place in Pensacola! The location is perfect---right by the beach with easy access to walking along the shore. The place was very clean and well-maintained.
Greg was a great host---communication was clear, prompt, and helpful from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and the property was easy to find with no issues at all.
We had such a great time and truly enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Pensacola!
