There were several of us in our group. All friends for over 30 years. We had our grown children with us. The house was perfect! Plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We had an amazing time.

Perfect size for our family of 18! House was clean and very comfortable. Super close to the beach! Beds were all comfortable plenty of room for wveryone

Nice place, easy access to town and the beach. The mattresses and pillows do need to be replaced. But over all very nice place and would recommend to anyone.

Location is A+ - directly across from beach access. We didn't even mind running up to the house when someone forgot something. All of the bedrooms are on the same floor but each has privacy and there are plenty of bathrooms. The sofa and some of the mattresses need replacing but neither bothered us enough to complain.

It was absolutely wonderful! House was perfect 👌. My husband's siblings and cousins get together every year, this was the first beach 🏖 getaway. Location was great!

Pensacola Beach is absolutely beautiful during October and so is this house! Much more space than the pictures show, high ceilings, 7 large bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half baths and ample parking. The front porch is perfect for coffee with a view! Only complaint is that the couch only seats about six adults, thought it would be the larger one pictured online, but hopefully the current, blue couch will be replaced soon.

We had 6 families stay together in this house and we all had the BEST experience. Everything was clean and ready for us. The location is awesome with just a short walk to the beach. I would rent this house every year! 😄

Our large family had a great trip and this house was a huge part of it. Plenty of space, nice floorplan, cool pool area with easy beach access.

The house had lots of space, plenty of bedrooms and parking. Large front porch with beach views. Very easy and quick access to beach. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Great house and location. Only issue is pool leaks…a lot. Very clean and easy walk right across the street to the beach.

Seven families stayed here. It was nice to each have our own bedroom. We did have to share showers, since two of the bathrooms are only half baths. There are two refrigerators and two dishwashers, which was really nice. Location is perfect in relation to the beach. Pool area has lots of outdoor seating. A/C worked good. Improvements needed: sectional In living room needs to be replaced; lumpy, uncomfortable and worn out. Pool has mustard algae growing in it. Was not cleaned before we arrived nor during our 5-night stay. Must have a leak as we kept running water into it to just get water up to skim line. Pool deck is weathered and worn out. Back door leading to pool is extremely difficult to get shut/locked.

Located directly across from the beach, this is a great location for anyone looking to visit Pensacola with their group. My group and i throughly enjoyed our stay here. Overall, a very nice property.

The house was great with plenty of room for everyone. Beach is so close. The wood staircase connected to the porch is alittle shaky. Would be very helpful for the people with little ones if there was a gate there. Tons of parking. We didn’t use the pool cause it was too cold due to the time of year we went. The kitchen needs a few more pots and skillets but no big deal. We made do. The deck outside was not good on bare feet. A few of us got splinters. Overall we loved the property and would definitely book it again!! If your a large family this is perfect!

Would definitely recommend this property for anybody looking for space and a prime location to the ocean. The 7 bedrooms accommodated our family of 14 very well. It was just a couple minutes walk to the ocean. Had issues with the ice maker and door lock. Both issues were handled promptly by management. We would definitely consider making a return visit to this home in our future vacation plans.

This house is awesome! All rooms on one floor so no tiresome stairs all day. It could use an upgrade in silverware and the refrigerators need updating do to broken drawers and shelves but other than that it’s a great house. We had 21 in our group and had plenty of room. The pool was great with huge back deck. Front porch nice and roomy with plenty of furniture. We have stayed here two years in a row and thoroughly enjoyed the house and the beach.

Truly enjoyed the house. Perfect location, great backyard. We had a large group, everyone was comfortable. Pictures do not reflect how nice & large the home is. 2 insignificant negatives; kitchen was oddly tight; vacuum would have been handy. Over all, great house. Thanks.

Our second time to stay here! A minor issue that was resolved the same day. A great place for family!
