On the main level, you'll find a stunning open floor plan with dual living spaces, including a plush sectional for movie nights and a quiet conversation area for games or reading. The dining area seats 8–10, and the fully outfitted chef’s kitchen includes Viking appliances, a commercial-grade gas range, and a stand-alone ice maker. Two main-level king primary suites offer privacy and comfort, while the expansive outdoor deck and pool area provide the ultimate beachfront backdrop.

Upstairs, five more bedrooms each feature private ensuite bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. A second living area with a wet bar, full-size fridge, and microwave creates the perfect teen or second-family hangout. From the welcome texts prior to arriving to checking out, everyone was extraordinarily helpful, courteous, and flexible. We arrived prior to check-in time and were allowed to stow luggage and hit the beach, which was greatly appreciated. Our granddaughter has a physical handicap, and we were given use of the elevator at no cost, which again was appreciated and thoughtful. The house was perfect for our large family, and the immediate beach access, along with the pool, made our few days there so enjoyable. My children and grandchildren all voted to make this an annual event, but will stay at least a week, if not longer. Many thanks for the beautiful, relaxing home and for the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of your staff. A+

This place was amazing. Great location. On the beach in minutes. The house had many private bedrooms each essentially with their own bathrooms and lots of room to entertain. The kitchen was amazing for great home cooking. We will definitely return. We had an extra bonus of watching the Blue Angels at the Pensacola Beach Air Show right above the house and on the beach!

We stayed at Greg's place with the whole family when my son got engaged on Pensacola Beach. This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were top of the line. The house is one row back from the ocean and the walk to the beach is literally crossing a small side street and onto the pedestrian path (like 2 minutes max). The blue angels were practicing for a show the week we were there and the house is directly in their flight patterns so that was an awesome bonus. We spent hours in the good-sized pool in the backyard and played pickleball on the public courts directly behind the house. We had a fantastic time and hope to return!
