The condo was exactly as advertised and met our every need. Even has a little back patio, perfect for us! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach View. The condo was clean and well decorated. It was convenient for our dog and the location was great. We could walk to restaurants and the beach. I recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would Vrbo this property again. No complaints of noise, seen a lot of those on the review, stayed at the beach everyday and the pool at least 4 times. Be a good guest and follow the agreements and everything was stress free, quiet and the accommodations were as clean as a hotel, left it how we found it. Check in and out was easy! Thank you for having us 🙂

Very pet friendly and a 2 minute walk to beach. Can not use pool floats or rings in pool which i didn’t like. But seriously, an overall wonderful stay. Would stay again.

This was our second year staying here. It was a great place to stay. Awesome view of the sound side and not far to the gulf. Very comfortable place. Really nice management on site. Will stay again.

The town home was awesome. Very clean, no harsh chemical odors. The complex was very quiet. All the people I met while there were so nice and friendly. I would definitely rent and recommend to anyone. Thanks for an awesome vacation.

We stay in Navarre often but this time we needed pet friendly for our small dog. and wanted close to beach .. The Condo was on 1st floor and very clean and decorated beautifully and very large den and side door access which was perfect to take our dog out.. Condo Complex was on beach side so short walk to private beach area and complimentary beach setup a plus. Master Bedroom is like a small suite and very comfortable. We did not have the need using them but both sofas in den are sleepers. We will be back.

This place was a great size and just right for what we needed. We had our pet traveling with us and this place was great for him. Having a washer and dryer that we didn’t need quarters for was a great surprise. There was more than enough room for the 5 of us. My son was able to fish on the pier every day and caught some cool fish. The people there were really nice. This is a great place to stay

We had a great time! This was the perfect place for our beach getaway with plenty of space for our family and two small dogs. The property was clean and just short walk to the beautiful beach. Property manager Debi was great to work with and extremely helpful and responsive. We highly recommend!

We loved our trip- pleasantly surprised to find that some updates had been done to the place that aren't shown in the pictures. For example, no carpet in the bedrooms anymore. Which, if you're traveling with dogs, is great to find. Also, no lingering smell. Theres a great walking path right across the road we took the dogs on every day. The main bedroom bed was also very comfortable.

My sisters and I (and spouses) have been staying in these condos for over 30 years. This is the first time I couldn't find the washer and dryer! They are usually inside the condo but these had been relocated in a closet in the hall. It was at the end of the week when my husband accidently found them while walking out of the back door in the hall of the condos. This should be stated somewhere inside the condo

I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was easy to find, fairly close to the beach access point, and had plenty of space for my family and pet-plus it was affordable. The grass areas were easy on my dogs feet when walking around. If you like to bake/cook, I would recommend bringing your own kitchen supplies as I don’t think it’s as “fully stocked” as it describes. But overall it was another great vacation in FL.

The condo was nicely decorated, clean and a short walk to the beach. Management company responded to text promptly and replaced a burnt out light in the hallway the morning after notified. Comfortable beds and living/dining furniture. WiFi worked fine. Outside patio & grill very nice. Would rent again and recommend Costal Realty based on their responsiveness to our texts. Owner could add some forks & spoons, but plenty of cups, plates & bowls.

Everything was very easy. All pictures were accurate in listing, communication was wonderful and answered all my question. Normally I want a beach view however I wanted a pet friendly place for this stay and it was perfect. Will stay here again if I bring my fur babies.

Place was great, everything that was needed, was provided. Full stock kitchenwares and cooking utensils. Place close to the beach. Beds were comfy and clean. Overall was very relaxing and def recommend it. The only down side was the noisy and disrespectful top floor neighbors. We politely asked if they could keep quiet after hours (they would stay past 12am and what seemed like moving furniture, running, jumping ) but didn’t happened, reached out to the host and idk if she tried to fix the issue. Our last couple of days were terrible just because of them.

We loved our stay! This pet friendly Beach access condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving get away. With the beach just a short walk across the parking lot , the bicycle path across the street and the pool out the back door everyone was happy. Definitely will be staying again.

The property was remarkable. I love the exclusivity of the beach...like a private beach. The sands are so clean and not very populated. The amenities were perfect, right down to the private tennis court. The room sizes we're excellent for all of my family. We were all under the same roof put had plenty of space and didn't feel confined. It has the most comfortable bed I've slept in, I felt rested and relaxed. The kitchen was the perfect size and has amazing cookware, my wife and I enjoyed cooking every night. My son who is four said "I love having the TV in my room so I can watch all of my cartoons while I rest". We hope to return soon.

I would recommend this rental if you enjoy quiet, comfort, and easy access to the beach. We would stay again if the opportunity presented itself. The location is far enough away from the much denser population of the Pensacola area to be very relaxing, at least during the Christmas season. At the same time, it is easy to get into Navaree property for groceries and restaurants.

Had a great time in this condo except for the upstairs vacationer who walked like Frankenstein and couldn't go from one room to another without stomping the entire way. And she never left the condo. Other than having to confront her a couple of times we had a wonderful vacation here. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was perfect for us! We look forward to staying here again!!!

This condo is so pretty! It has been beautifully decorated and is nice and clean! For the money - you can't beat this place. The pool was large, the tennis courts were right out the back door, and the beach was just a short minute walk away! Plus we brought our tea cup poodle! The perfect family vacation!

Whenever I rent solely by viewing online, I always worry that it will be different when I actually arrive. Not the case with this unit. We opened the door and it took our breath! It is absolutely beautiful. Newly remodeled and very clean and nice. There were several people there and most were a little older which means it is suited for those of us who try to avoid screaming children. We will definitely be back there. We took our Boston Terrier, Daisy, with us and that, too, was a success. They have a dog walk area complete with bags and disposal canister. 5 stars! Excellent! Thank you, Gulf Coast Getaways!
