The house was really nice and in a great location!! Easy to walk to and from the beach (once you make it past all the sand haha). Fit our big family nicely!
Our only issues was the room with bunk beds, it’s really more of a closet so it got hot in there.

The house was amazing. Our whole group kept talking about how nice it was. We had 11 and slept comfortably. The location was amazing. We were across the street from the pool. Walk to the left and you are on a dock to the sound and walk right across the street and you are at the beach!

We spent a full week here for our vacation and had an amazing time! The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the pool is right in front of the house, which made it super convenient for everyone.
We were a group of 12, and while the listing says it can accommodate up to 16, we don’t think that’s entirely accurate. The sleeper sofa was in poor condition and couldn’t be used, and the mattress on the upstairs bunk bed definitely needs to be replaced.
Overall, it was a great stay in a beautiful spot, but a few updates would make it even better.
