Our group consisted of 11 ladies traveling to have a peaceful retreat at the beach. This place was perfect for our needs. We loved the beach, we enjoyed the pool, and the house was spacious and comfortable. I would add if you’re a major cook, bring what’s important to you—for example only 2 dish towels were provided. No coffee. No seasonings.
We rent large houses pretty regularly, and this was a surprise. It isn’t a deal breaker, we just wish we would have known. We would have packed specifically because we cooked the entire retreat.
The pool is large and refreshing. Great option for when seaweed washed in!

We very much enjoyed our stay on Pensacola beach. The beach was a short walk and was not too crowded even in June. We enjoyed being close by nearby restaurants and activities. The kids enjoyed mini golf at UFOs arcade, we walked and shopped at the Pensacola boardwalk shops and we rented a pontoon boat for a trip to Crab Island.
The house was beautiful and spacious. It was very clean with extra linens, pillows and towels. We did like having a kids bunk room and a master bedroom in the main floor for my elderly parents. They also used the elevator to avoid navigating the stairs.
The backyard was great for kids with a private pool, swing set and fire pit. It was a quiet respite after a busy day of beach activities and shopping. Would highly recommend this beautiful vacation home!

The pool is bigger and nicer than the pictures.
The house is very spacious overall. 8 adults and 10 kids had plenty of room.
Extra storage room by the pool had toys for the kids at the beach.
We would look to book again.

Place was just as good as advertised. We had a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house was clean and everyone was impressed by how nice it was. I would definitely book it again in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation 2024

We had a great time. House easily accommodated our family of 12. The pool was amazing, kitchen well equipped(loved the two stoves and blender). Overall, we had a pleasant time. One suggestion would be to use a label maker for the light switches. We had not idea how to turn off lights, breakers in bathrooms, etc.
