Designed for both relaxation and entertaining, this property boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf of America and the Intracoastal Waterway, an incredible chef’s kitchen, and one of the largest private pools on Pensacola Beach.
Located just half a block from the beach, a dedicated access path runs alongside the house, making it an easy walk of about 50 yards to the pristine white sands.

From the moment you step inside, you’ll be captivated by the soaring ceilings and wall of windows that flood the home with natural light while showcasing spectacular water views. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room, sitting area, kitchen, and dining space, making it an ideal gathering place. The heart of the home is the state-of-the-art kitchen, where an oversized island, double refrigerators and freezers, two full-sized ovens, and a walk-in pantry make preparing meals for a group effortless. A wine fridge and wet bar with seating for five add to the home’s luxurious feel, creating the perfect space to unwind with friends and family.

The home’s layout is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 20 guests, ensuring plenty of space and privacy. The first level features two bedrooms, including a custom-built bunk room with two queen bunks and two twin bunks that can comfortably sleep six. A full bathroom is located just outside the room in the hallway. The second bedroom on this level is a junior master suite, offering a king bed and en-suite bathroom, making it an excellent retreat for guests seeking a little extra privacy.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and a loft provide even more sleeping options. The main master suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower. Two additional guest rooms offer flexible accommodations, one with a queen and twin bed and another with a king and twin bed, connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. For added sleeping space, an open loft area includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Beyond the beautifully designed interiors, this home truly shines with its exceptional outdoor spaces. The private backyard features a massive pool, offering plenty of room for swimming and sunbathing. A rooftop deck with a hot tub provides panoramic 360-degree views of Pensacola Beach and Santa Rosa Island, making it the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of the Gulf Coast. For added convenience, the property includes a small elevator primarily for luggage, groceries, and guests with limited mobility.

Optional amenities include salt water pool heating for $80.00 per day and access to the rooftop hot tub for a $225.00 use fee.

The home is also event-friendly, though approval is required, and restrictions apply to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and neighbors.

Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable $200.00 pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. *Fathom Resort is Pet friendly with approval - non-shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply * Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly and non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra cleanup and flea treatment.
