Island Sunrise

This was a fantastic condo! The views were the best we have ever experienced! Everything was clean and set up as detailed in the listing. We would recommend this unit to friends!
One thing we found odd was for such a nice place there was no restroom by the pool which is an inconvenience when traveling with kids and older adults who frequently need the restroom. I honestly can’t recall a condo we have stayed at that did not have a restroom at the pool. We had to repeatedly return to the 13th floor when at the pool. I feel like the lack of restroom at pool could contribute to urinating int he pool - which is gross to think about! With what I am sure you pay in condo association fees a restroom could surely be added and maintained.

This is the first time the kids stayed at the beach and the second time my husband and I have been to Navarre Beach and also the second time we have stayed in the beach colony condos. It was another amazing stay! The condo was exactly as described with beautiful views out every window. Our kids LOVED their bedroom with separate beds and their own bathroom.. and a tv in their bedroom, that was mind blowing for them. My mother also loved her own room, balcony, and bathroom. The place was clean just as expected, another great experience at these condos. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Florida!

The property was very clean. The management staff was always quick to respond to text and sent maintenance as needed for a door issue and ants. Very timely and helpful.

Great views in all directions. Layout and spaciousness were great. Furnishings were very good. We like it enough to consider renting it again if the price is appropriate.

We had a wonderful week at this condo. Plenty of room and all 6 of us loved the comfortable beds! The condo was as advertised and very convenient to the pool and beach. We will look to return in the future.

This is a spacious condo with beautiful views from every room. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom and balcony. We watched dolphins in both the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, fishing pier, and restaurants. We all really enjoyed our stay! We will be back.

This unit exceptional! It was super clean & well maintained. The furnishings were in excellent condition and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. I do not have one negative thing to say about this unit or the entire property! 10 out of 10!

This was our first visit to the area but won’t be the last. The condo itself was great in terms of location, comfort and a quiet area. We enjoyed the space/layout. It is in the upper half of a 19-floor building, but all three elevators ran smoothly and quickly during spring break it’s a quiet area - a mix of residents and renters, and quiet hours that were kept well during our visit. I was worried about spring breakers making a lot of noise that would bother our sensory-challenges kids but thankfully this was not the party spot! The dedicated covered parking was great at the condo too. Beach is just an elevator ride away, as is the large pool and tennis/pickleball court. For those always wondering, at time of our stay, there was both a keurig and regular coffee pot to use. There was a blender and kitchen aid stand mixer too. The side by side fridge also made a good amount of ice! We didn’t do much cooking but seemed there was a good amount of gear to do so if desired. The only things I’d ask the management co to do is 1) add more wash cloths - there’s not a lot do you will be doing more laundry 2) a few oversized fluffy blankets as the furniture is leather/gets cold. Otherwise, it was a great stay with comfy beds, great views and a wonderful location.

Me and my husband and my sisters and brother n kaw stayed at this property. It was absolutely beautiful pictures on website match what it was in reality. Clean and very spacious. We would suggest cushions in outside furniture, (little hard on the bottoms) lol but we will definitely be back.

Property was well maintained, clean with most everything we needed. The views were amazing. We liked to spend our time on the balcony when we were not at the beach. We saw sting rays, a shark, sea turtles, dolphins and the temperatures were great for our late May trip.

The condo was beautiful, but needs a deep cleaning. An earring dropped off the nightstand and rolled under. It was very clear that no one has cleaned under the furniture. My daughter found a fishing hook in her bed. Luckily, she didn’t get hurt. The beds were extremely comfortable. The decor was nice. I would rent again.

We enjoyed this property. The couple items missing were delivered promptly. Our toilet was loose and leaking but maintenance quickly responded and fixed it. The space is nice and the kitchen is well equipped.

We stayed at this beautiful condo when my sister got married. It was amazing to have access to the pool and beach. It was a very quiet area and we loved it . The condo was clean and accommodated 5 adults 2 kids easily . 3 amazing bathrooms was a blessing with all of us staying there. We had plenty of room and privacy and were so happy we found a place that did not have bunk beds as grandma likes to stay with the kids ! We hope to stay here again in the future ! It was wonderful ( we stayed 5 days )

The set up of the condo was perfect with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. There was plenty of seating in the living room and the balcony was also great with a pool and gulf view.

We had the best time. First time staying in Navarre and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pace. Restaurants can be found east or west on 98 and we did lots of that, but the home base; pool and beach were very enjoyable. We all had our own rooms in addition to a blow up mattress we brought. With the three bathrooms, it made it very accommodating for a quick refresh and out the door for evening dinner etc.

This condo was much larger than we expected and the view was even more spectacular than we anticipated. Pro’s: size, location to beach & pool, property amenities (loved the gym too). It was perfect for a beach get away when you don’t need anything extra. There were minimal cons- but I do wish there were more blankets and when I had a property question- they only respond after 10:00 am- so I had to wait several hours for someone to answer my question. Not a huge deal- but Just not speedy in their response time. My kids are already asking to stay at this property again.

Property was as described and even better than the pictures. Plenty of space for our two families of 4. Views are amazing from every window. A quick elevator ride and very short walk and you are on the beach. The beach was nice and not crowded. Pool area was very clean and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

This condo was nicer then the pictures. The furniture and decorations were top quality. The building had easy parking even for our large truck. The elevators were efficient, the building was clean and the area felt extremely safe. Great walking bike trail behind the condo and beautiful white sand beach in the front. Views from every window of the bright and sunny end unit condo. Thank you for sharing this truly lovely place.

This unit is beautiful and spacious. GREAT VIEWS! The beds and couches were very comfortable. The only negative thing is the parking space. It is a tight squeeze between a column and the vehicle next to you. I would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Our family had a wonderful beach vacation in this beautiful, renovated condo. Amazing views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the beach! Excellent layout, beautiful kitchen with all upgraded appliances. Fully stocked with all the cookware and electronics you need. We loved it and hope to come back next year.
