The spacious backyard is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring a large heated 10x35' Gunite pool with a sun ledge (heating available for an additional nightly fee), an oversized fireplace, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a covered patio—perfect for enjoying coastal breezes year-round.

Inside, the home welcomes you with an open-concept living space highlighted by tongue-and-groove ceilings and expansive windows overlooking the sound. The kitchen is both stylish and functional, complete with an apron-front sink, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious barn-door pantry. The adjacent dining area provides an inviting space for gathering.

Upstairs, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with queen-over-queen bunk beds—along with a third sleeping nook in the hallway featuring twin-over-twin bunks. These rooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower, glass enclosure, and single vanity.

Downstairs, additional accommodations include a large queen bedroom with access to a second full bathroom, also featuring a tiled walk-in shower and glass enclosure. The primary suite offers a luxurious retreat with a king bed, private ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, tiled shower, double vanity, and a spacious walk-in closet. A large laundry room with ample storage adds convenience to your stay.

Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of all pool heaters and is beyond our control. Great place for a large group. The back
Yard was amazing. The house was very clean. The location was perfect. Loved the new remodeled decor. The king sized beds made sleeping so comfortable with the nice ac set to our standards and ceiling fans. Many places set temp at 75 degrees. That’s a show stopper for me as we like it cool. A bathroom for every bedrooms allowed us comfort and privacy. We would love to come back.

The place was great! We had 7 individuals stay here. Plenty of room for everyone. Very Clean. Plenty of Linens, Bath towels, & Pillows.
Pool was clean & great place to gather. Outdoor area under deck with seating and tv was a favorite.
Laundry area is directly ahead of the 1st floor door conveniently located.
Quite and safe neighborhood. Escambia Sherrif patrols frequently.
Very close walk to the Bay Side public easement & to Baby Beach. Easy quick walk to the beach on the gulf side. Able to walk to the Pensacola Boardwalk and restaurants.
Kitchen can be a bit tight as it is a galley style, & the main walk through area on the upper floor from the living rm to the rest of the house (unless you go outside).
Overall a Wonderful place to stay. Would recommend & stay here again!

Happy the pool and the under-deck seating/TV area were favorites, and that the laundry location, quiet neighborhood, and easy walks to the bayside easement, Baby Beach, the gulf beach, and the Pensacola Boardwalk worked well for you.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental! The property was spotless, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.
