We absolutely loved this condo and will be our “go-to” anytime we visit Pensacola! The condo looked just like the pictures, but more spacious! The neighbors are super friendly and quiet. Loved the gated neighborhood and that it was just far enough away from the crowds. The only thing I somehow missed was that there’s an elevator which comes in handy when being on the second floor. We didn’t realize until the next day and after hauling all our gear up the steps. At least we got our steps in after the long drive from VA! 😉 Phenomenal place and will be back again!! Thank you!!

Easily one of the best beach rentals I’ve experienced! The unit was absolutely immaculate (not a single grain of sand was seen or felt) and full of convenient touches! Beds were comfortable and bath towels were plentiful. Even the rugs were plush!
The view of the bay is perfect for relaxing morning coffees!
The complex is quiet and never felt crowded in the pool, parking lot, or elevators.
We had a small miscommunication about beach chairs being included with the rental. The host purchased and delivered new chairs and umbrella to make up for the error. Outstanding service! I highly recommend this unit, and would certainly stay again!

Place was immaculate. The furnishing was so nice. We loved the nook with the recliners to watch the bay. Bed was comfy. Short walk to the beach side. Would definitely stay here again.
One thing I didn’t see mentioned in the listing is that there is an elevator and carts for convenience.

I stay on Pensacola Beach at least once a month and I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's. This one was well updated, clean and in a very nice location. I would definitely recommend and stay again. I absolutely loved the view from the balconies 💕

Beautiful, new, well appointed. This condo was gorgeous and functional with lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay easy and enjoyable. I don’t think there’s a better location - steps from the bay and the beach, quiet but within minutes of restaurants and activities. I wanted to stay forever!
