Welcome to Palm Palace, a spacious and beautifully renovated 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat just steps from both the calm waters of Santa Rosa Sound and the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. Designed with large groups in mind, this stunning home features an upgraded chef's kitchen, expansive open living and dining areas, a private pool with generous outdoor seating, and multiple bedrooms outfitted with kings, queens, twins, and bunks — all with smart TVs and quality linens. The main level hosts a primary king suite with a twin bed and ensuite bath, while the upper level offers five additional bedrooms and a loft, giving every guest their own comfortable space to unwind.

The brand-new ground-level game room — added in 2025 — takes group entertaining to the next level with two large smart TVs, a pool table, foosball table, kitchenette, and six queen bunk beds for additional sleeping accommodations. Outside, the fenced backyard delivers a full outdoor living experience with a private pool, firepit, cornhole, two propane grills, outdoor shower, and lush lawn space. Two kayaks, eight beach chairs, four umbrellas, and a wagon are all included for your stay, making beach days effortless. With the Gulf just a 3-minute walk away and the Sound just steps in the other direction, Palm Palace puts you right in the heart of it all.

Booking Details:

- Golf Cart Rental: $250/week

- Elevator Access: $150 fee (waived for elderly or mobility-impaired guests)

- Pool Heat: $55/day — Please note pool heaters depend on ambient outdoor temperatures. When outdoor temps are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired temperature. Reduced heating performance due to cold weather is a known limitation and refunds will not be provided for weather-related heating limitations. Refunds are considered only in the event of verified mechanical failure.

- Pet Friendly with Approval: $200 per pet, limit 2, non-shedding only
Events: $1,200 fee with prior approval, up to 50 guests

Snowbird Season runs December through March. Select arrival and departure dates totaling at least 28 days for an instant quote. All monthly rentals require an additional $150 cleaning fee. Contact us for alternative dates or additional assistance.

Absolutely loved staying here. House was perfect size for our big group with plenty of beds and perfect amount of big bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of. The game room downstairs was a big hit. Close to tons of restaurants. Water view in the front of the house and back. Debi at Gulf Coast Getaways was absolutely amazing to talk with and always super responsive. Overall a great nine day stay that felt just like home!

House was PERFECT for our family!! There were a few things that would have been super helpful to have like dressers / closet shelves to unpack. Living out of suitcases is not fun for a week. Also, trashcans in the bedrooms not just by the toilets would have been nice. Pots and pans were a bit old and there wasn't a sharp knife in the house so be prepared for that. But over all the house was great and I would stay here again!

Family vacation

Beautiful home with lots of room. We had 18 in our group and everyone enjoyed their rooms. The pool was awesome once it was heated, the walk to the beach was short. Would highly recommend this property!
