One of the standout features of this property is the elevated, resort-style private pool and hot tub, seamlessly integrated into the home’s second level alongside the kitchen and living area. This design creates a perfect space for entertaining, allowing guests to relax in the water while still enjoying incredible views of the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound. The ground level includes a covered bar area and a second refrigerator, making outdoor lounging even more convenient.

Inside, the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area offers ample space for large groups to gather, dine, and relax in a stylish yet comfortable setting. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, generous counter space, and plenty of seating, ensuring that meal prep is a breeze for even the largest families.

The home is designed to accommodate up to 32 guests with thoughtfully appointed bedrooms spread across three floors. The first level includes a king suite and a bunk bedroom, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a laundry room and a convenient half-bath. Moving upstairs, the second level features four additional bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms, including a king suite with twin trundle beds for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The third floor is dedicated to entertainment, featuring a game room with a pool table, wet bar, and mini-fridges, along with two more king suites and a spacious living area with a queen memory foam sleeper sofa. The top-level private Gulf-front deck offers breathtaking panoramic views, making it the perfect spot to unwind and take in the coastal beauty.

This home is packed with premium amenities, ensuring an unforgettable stay. Guests can enjoy an elevator for easy access to all levels (available for an additional $150 per stay, waived for elderly and disabled individuals), beach equipment including 16 beach chairs, 8 umbrellas, 2 wagons, 2 kayaks with vests, and 6 bikes, as well as plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxation around the pool.

Pool heat is $115 per day and must be selected for entire stay, the Hot tub heating is $80 per day and can be selected for daily use. The Hot Tub heating will be for a 3 hour window per use/per paid day. Pool Heat and Spa Heat are based on propane usage. We have a monitor to determine usage and will adjust fees according to the meter readings. All pool Heat is based on entire stay. Maximum usage for spa is 3 hours per day and must be scheduled prior to your arrival.

For those planning a special event, Palm Tree Paradise is event-friendly with approval. An event fee of $1,200 applies, and there is ample space to set up a large tent on the sand behind the home. A 6-seater electric golf cart is also available to rent, making transportation around Navarre Beach effortless. Guests can rent the golf cart for $120 per day or $750 per week (rental of Golf Cart must be for entire length of stay).
