Portofino 1-701: Seventh Heaven

The place was clean, clutter free and spacious for our party of 4. Beds were very comfortable. Very relaxing views from living room and all bedrooms to the golf of Mexico.
We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the beach or swimming in the pool or taking a very short walk to get to the beach across the street.
The property was a short drive to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.
Greg and the concierge staff were very responsive and helpful.
The starter amenities were available which was helpful. However, I recommend bringing your coffee/ tea and toiletry.
It was a relaxing trip and we felt home there. Thank you Greg.

Staying at Portofino resort was such a great experience for spring break with our teenagers. It is so wholesome and family friendly. There was so much to do. There are add-on packages at the resort which included things like beach chairs, volleyball, jet skis, floating obstacle course, E-bikes, etc. There’s also a Starbucks on site with a convenience store and two restaurants. You can order food poolside. It’s just an amazing experience for a family looking to get away. The apartment was professionally designed. The beds were comfortable. No smoke smell. It’s on the seventh floor so it’s high enough to have a beautiful unobstructed view of the gulf and partial view of the sound. The outdoor balcony wraps around, you have views from every room. Tip: There is a washer so you don’t actually need as much stuff because you can wash clothes. Bring beach towels, detergent and board games. I’ve already sent this listing to multiple friends because it’s amazing!

We vacationed with 2 other couples and the way the rooms are designed there is plenty of privacy and beautiful beach views from every bedroom. Plenty of spacious living area, comfortable furniture, amazing patio. Everything from check in to check out was topnotch. The spa area is so amazing.

Property was beautiful- Decor and beach view could not of been better- The washer/dryer combo was very inconvenient. Two separate machines would of been more time efficient and gotten laundry done more quickly. Also, only had one kitchen towel and no pot scrubbers- Overall though we loved it and would recommend to friends.

We stayed for my mother's 60th birthday and we have a great time. The location is great -- not too far of a walk from the room to the beach or to the pool(s). We utilized the workout center, main pool, swimside bar and adventure park while we stayed. House itself was mostly clean, though the grout and floor tiles are disgusting. Left our feet black on the bottoms and appears that the floor hasnt ever been cleaned. I expect a much cleaner home for the amount of money we paid for the rental as well as the additional $250+ cleaning fee charged by Gulf Coast Rentals. Beds were comfortable, view was amazing. There is a grill on the property but it barely got hot. We cooked all meals except one in the kitchen and did pretty well with the tools and utensils provided. The resort itself is beautiful. No poolside towel service which is odd for a beach/pool resort. Prepare to be nickel and dimed for everything. Want a drink? $20. Want to sit on a chair? $45 All in all a good experience, but the cleanliness was my main issue.

We had a great trip! The condo was perfect, beautiful views, and the kids loved the pools. The only dislike was the longer walk to the beach, you have to cross a road, thankfully there wasn’t too much traffic.

This condo was fantastic! Exactly as shown and represented on VRBO with a great location, clean and furnished very nicely. We've rented at Portofino numerous times, and this one is the top of our list going forward!!!

The unit was very nice as we have been going to Portofino for the past 7 years. Only major issue was they should’ve coordinated with us to align on the 2,500 high school age kids that were scheduled that week for Church Week. From 12-4pm for the week it was impossible to use the pool or close by beach area. Not for the price I paid

Beautiful property! Amazing views! Exceptional communication from the property management team to prepare us for our stay. I stayed with my 5 yo, 7yo, and my mom. This is perfect spot for a luxurious family getaway :)

I must admit, we were a bit concerned about our reservation due to some previous reviews. It turned out that none of the negative feedback was true! The condo is stunning and in fabulous condition. The place was spotless when we arrived and the check-in process couldn't have been easier. The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect. Communication with management was clear and available via text, which made it that much easier. We highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a stay at Portofino.

We stayed in this amazing condo for a Fall Break trip last Oct/Nov. This is unit is fully updated with great furnishings and decor and is very clean. With the 3BR, there is more than enough space for a small family. We were traveling with my sister, mom, son, and me, and the spacious accommodations were wonderful. Because it was cold some days, we stayed in the room more than a typical beach trip, but we still had the best time. Without a doubt, the best part is the amazing balcony view -- complete gulf view to hear the waves crashing. We loved it so much, we booked the same unit for a week-long trip in June! We can't wait to return.

Rented this condo for a family vacation to the beach. We loved it! It was very clean, roomy, and updated. I loved the jetted garden tub and huge separate shower in the master suite. It pretty much had everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony was amazing with the view of the beach! And every room had a beach view and 2 rooms even had separate doors to the balcony. My family and I loved it and are definitely planning to return on our next beach vacation!

Beautiful home right on the beach and the Portofino Resort, along with the home, is five stars! Concierge service and all of the staff are attentive and friendly. Exceptional vacation and service from the minute that I made our reservation. We didn't want to leave and we will definitely be returning!
