We had the best stay with the best views. The convenience to beach access was a game changer. We basically had the beach to ourselves. The garage and back patio was great to store all the beach toys/chairs/etc. the elevator was very nice to unload groceries and luggage onto. The house was clean and well stocked to cook all the meals we could have imagined. I would like to note for others that there are no curtains in master bedroom/bath… so no hot tub while someone was utilizing the bathroom and the sun comes in bright and early in the mornings! Also there is no door to the master bath and the master bedroom lock on the door did not hold. It was an incredible place that fit our two families needs. We hope to return !!

We had an amazing stay! Very clean and beautiful townhome. The entire place, including the garage, was very spacious! The kitchen was amazing for the nights that we cooked dinner. It was very well stocked with cooking dishes, etc compared to other rentals. It also had an additional ice maker, seperate from the fridge. The views were obviously amazing looking directly at the beach. Very short walk to the beach. Communication with the company was a breeze for any questions we had. While the master bed/bath was amazing, we were unsuccessful in getting the steam spa in the bathroom to work. The hot tub, located on the patio of the master bedroom, had so much chemical that is used to clean it in it that we were unable to use the jets (as it was too potent for our eyes) and it stained/bleached our swimsuits. Overall, it was fantastic and we will 100% stay here again.

This house was amazing for our larger group. Plenty of room for everyone. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. We got to see dolphins everyday. Would definitely stay again.

The townhome is beautiful and exactly as shown and described. We had everything we needed for our stay. It’s a quiet neighborhood but not a far drive to the restaurants and boardwalk. The views are beautiful. Check in and out was easy and the management company responded very promptly and kindly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend for a family vacation.

We LOVED this property and the close proximity to the beach. Everything was very accommodating for our group and the amenities were very nice. Great cooking space and materials. Bedrooms were nice size with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Updated Condo with every comfort of home! Spacious with great floor plan and our family loved the elevator for convenience from the garage to the upper floors. It was very nice to have a garage large enough for all of our cars too. Beach access was great! Just a short walk and the private beach area was never crowded. The only con was the internet service was not very reliable and didn’t work throughout the week. There were some repairs that needed to be completed in the ceiling over the dining table where it looked like there had been water damage but it did not interfere with our stay. Would definitely recommend this unit and we plan to return again in the future.

The property had all the amenities we wanted, plenty of room to spread out, a large garage and even an elevator. The only issue we ran into was a leaking dishwasher that also had a derailed basket. Although a nice man stopped by, noted a broken seal and said the repair company would contact us, by the time they did, it was too late to do us any good.

This was the best vacation rental we’ve found yet. Beautiful, well furnished townhouse, very clean, with beautiful ocean views. Very comfortably accommodated 6 adults with 4 small children. Elevator from garage super helpful for luggage, groceries…. Hot tub in great working order. Shared pools were great and not crowded. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. We will go back!

I have been searching for 8 months on the right place for my family to come here from Wis for a solid week. It had to meet requirements; close to the beach, elevator, Hot tub, pools, lots of room, and HUGE kitchen an large garage. This place had it all. My mom had mobility issues so the elevator came in very handy along with stocking up the kitchen and luggage. The sunsets/sunrises were the best. I slept better than I did at home. The Kitchen in this place ROCKED! We cooked some gourmet meals that required a few people in the kitchen and no one got in each other's way. There was a separate bar and still a very large living area. The second frig was convenient along with the washer and dryer especially during a ext stay. Not to mention the upper level master bedroom with beautiful bathroom. The bathroom has a tv, seamer in the walk in shower, large tub and plenty of counter space. Lastly if you needed anything all the Staff at GCG was excellent! They were always there to support you. In ending I would Highly recommend this rental to entertain a large group, family visit or a 3 to 4 couples get away.

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. It is well maintained and everything you need is there. The elevator is especially helpful and the master bed and bath are gorgeous. The kitchen is amazing and well equipped. We yad a very nice stay.

The property was beautiful and very accommodating- location was beyond perfect our family had a great vacation and would recommend this property! My mom has some mobility issues that without the elevator she would have been unable to get in and out of the house it was thourghly handicap accessible, which made our trip that much more delightful!

We were in town for the Sunbelt Conference Basketball Tournament and shared the townhouse with another family. The layout is perfect! Large bedrooms, spacious baths and a very generous kitchen/living/dining area. We had friends over to grill out and hang on the beach and there was plenty of space for all. The kitchen is a wonderful layout but not stocked as well as you’d expect for such a nice home. We texted and asked for a few things and Gulfcoast was super responsive and provided what we needed. We’ll be back again next year and hope to rent this same townhome!

Best family vacation, ever! Growing up, my family really couldn't afford vacations. So, as adults, my brother, sister and I and our spouses decided to spend a week on the beach together. I had stayed in this unit before with friends and knew it would be perfect for my family. The elevator was a huge plus! We enjoyed cooking in the deluxe kitchen and grilling on the balcony. Large bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. This unit is beautiful! We have decided to make this a yearly vacation and will definitely try to book this unit every year.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the large windows are amazing. It is tastefully decorated and nicely furnished, including Viking appliances. There is plenty of room in the spacious kitchen for several people to prepare a meal, without being crowded. The pictures presented in the listing are an accurate depiction of what to expect. The elevator was also convenient for loading/unloading from the ground floor garage, especially for heavy coolers. The only negative was the ice machine was not working, and this was a large reason we chose this property over another we were considering. Management was aware, and told us a technician would be repairing it as soon as the part(s) arrived (it was not repaired during our stay). Management offered to bring us some bagged ice, which was nice. The small ice makers in the two refrigerators were working, so that helped. Overall, we loved the property, and will consider renting it again.

Beautiful property and very comfortable condo to relax. The weather wasn't cooperative but we certainly enjoyed the hot tub, and convenient elevator. Everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen was extremely nice... Well supplied with cooking needs. Will definitely stay again!

This is a great vacation rental. Updated, spacious, big rooms, clean, right on the beach with great ocean views. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Being right on the beach we were able to nap the 3&4 year olds during the day. We had our own garage. We felt safe and secure the whole stay. We would stay here again.

We booked this place just a few days in advance and had a great time at the beach. Location can’t be beat and hot tub ensures that cool weather won’t spoil your view of the beach. Luxurious features (steam shower!) and extremely comfortable beds. We had groceries delivered and enjoyed some great family time with movies and puzzles. The only small drawback was the home was lacking some of the living basics that you hate to buy on a short trip: things like spices, coffee, shampoo, beach towels. But overall, wonderful property.

This property exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to go back. The interior was very clean and kitchen was stocked. The views of the ocean were amazing. I only had 3 complaints. The hot tub was full of sand so we never used it. As other reviews stated there are no windows treatments in the master so I brought a face mask to wear to block the early morning sun, and there is no wine opener so bring one!

We are so glad we picked this property for our annual beach getaway. All directions, descriptions and instructions were right on. The unit is stunning, both in location and amenities. We had 10 adults staying and plenty of room, comfortable beds, elevator a big plus, outstanding views. We do most cooking at home and avoid traffic on the beach, so the kitchen is outstanding. My only areas to point out is lack of curtains in the master bedroom can be an issue and small kitchen sink garbage disposal was not working correctly. Will plan to stay at this unit again.

This was the best place we've ever stayed at the beach. The location right on the sand and all the amenities of the property were perfect for our families. Management was so responsive for 2 small issues that popped up during the stay and had someone on site within minutes. All of these photos are 100% accurate, so book it and enjoy a week in the sand.

We had 12 people and mostly teenagers and adults. Added in a couple of air mattresses for the little ones and worked out great. House was beautiful and most friends nearby ended up at our place for game nights and cooking. My only complaints would be that there are no window coverings in the master. It’s beautiful at first but then you get woken up at 5:30am every morning by the sun it is not so beautiful anymore. If curtains were added would be perfect. Thermometer was preset to get pretty hot during the day. We figured out how to fix settings thank goodness and all was well. Elevator was finicky, but also very helpful. Back sliding glass needs a little work. Kids couldn’t open and even grown men had to use two hands and muscle to open. Other than those few things I will say it was loaded with niceties and beautiful. Location to beach couldn’t be beat. I would like to see them add some updated chairs and umbrellas to their house stock. Most chairs had tears and falling apart. Hated to buy more and have to leave them there.

We stayed with our family of 7 including our 2 grandchildren for 4 days over Spring Break. Wish it could have been longer! Incredibly beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was a cooks dream. We only ate out once and enjoyed grilling, cooking and gathering together for meals in the spacious dining room. The beach was steps away and had very convenient access to and from the house. So many extras and thoughtful touches. Don’t hesitate to book this property! We can’t wait to come back again!

This home is really something to see. The rooms are all very big and leave so much extra room. The closets and cabinet space are a dream! If you are a chef (or an aspiring one) this kitchen is just right for you! We loved everything about this Condo. I love how the beaches are not crowded on holidays at smaller places. We absolutely loved being on the beach and everything we needed was at our fingertips. The house was beautiful and was well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook our meals and the dining table was big enough to sit our family of 8 comfortably. We will be staying again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Sandcastle. The home was spacious, clean, safe, had many high end amenities, accessible to everything in the area and comfortable. My family members totaled 10 and bedrooms for kids perfect for their needs. Garage spacious and elevator a Godsend. Icemaker wonderful. Laundry room with extra fridge convenient. Noticed a few things needing attention: Not sure why AC must reset each day to 77 because seemed to happen middle of night and room got quite warm. Viking fridge right crisper drawer does not close fully, vent above stove leaked some moisture, master bath toilet exhaust fan seems not to operate properly, master bath sink on left side's cold water faucet needs tightening, curtains in master bedroom would help, beach canopy frame was broken when removed from bag (previously mentioned to Claudia), more trash bags in kitchen would be good, lack of adequate recycling containers outside disappointing, and placing extra TP would a good idea . We loved the home and will recommend to others.

We loved staying here! The oceanfront veiws are gorgeous! The house is professionally decorated and the kitchen is better stocked for cooking than my own kitchen at home. The private hot tub is very nice and the steam room in the master bathroom was a great bonus. All the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. I definitely hope we will be returning to stay in this beautiful place!

It was wonderful, we had an amazing time and did not want to leave. Place was so beautiful and view to Beach unbelievable. All high end everything was so nice. The townhome was as nice a home that I've ever stayed in for vacation, including a gourmet kitchen, state of the art media, and plenty of space. The views of the Gulf and the beach access were ideal. The only room for improvement would be to add shades or curtains to the master suite windows. The view is exquisite, but sunrise comes early.

My family of 8 just spent the last 5 days in this Beautiful condo on the beach. Everything is beautifully appointed and perfect. The view is spectacular! All the furnishings are gorgeous and there is plenty of room to move around and be totally comfortable. We all loved being there and will definitely be back. The bathrooms are all so nice and we were very impressed with all the high end appliances and finishes. It was very nice to wake up each morning with the gulf view right in front of us.
