Such a beautiful place we all had such a great time. Location was good. There was plenty of space for all 14 of us. The balcony was amazing and honestly that's where I spent most of my time. My bed was comfortable and our bathroom was so spacious. Would love to stay here again.

We were at this location last year at the same time. Once again we had an absolutely wonderful stay and would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

This property was the perfect location for our family vacation! The open downstairs floor plan allowed us to all gather comfortably and create wonderful family memories. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill located in the breezeway was very convenient. The bedroom/bathroom setup was great….we had 12adults and one infant. The Beachview was awesome and being able to walk to the ocean was very convenient. Look forward to coming again1

We had a very good experience renting this place. We would rent again, their listing info is accurate. This house sit in a cluster with other houses, there is a shared parking and path to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had one bedroom where the bed were not made, they were just left sheets, covers, etc. on the bed…no biggie. Overall it was very clean and a great experience!

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The best part, though, was the beach. I'm not a morning person, but I was happy to wake up at 6 each morning and go for a stroll on the beach before the kids woke up. Overall, it was a magical experience.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Navarre Beach!! We had 11 adults and 2 children in our group. Our beach house rental was beautiful, clean and perfect for a large group of beach lovers!! We’ll definitely be back!

Totally recommend this house and vacation spot. Most relaxing place to stay. The house was everything we needed for a group of 12 plus our 4 legged spoiled baby. Even the Pup loved this place. Can't wait to come back.

The home has everything you need and the access to the beach was perfect. Our family of five enjoyed two weeks of living on the beach and were completely comfortable. The house is exactly as pictured. The location is between two condo buildings so it can get crowded on holiday weekends (something we are trying to avoid) but outside of the holiday we had a lot of room on the beach. We would have loved to have more usable furniture on the main floor balcony as it is in need of replacement.

The home is perfect for a gathering of 10-12 people. We stayed with 10 adults for Thanksgiving week. The home is well appointed, and the property manager was courteous enough to bring us extra kitchen utensils since they assumed we were cooking for Thanksgiving. The parking situation is tight if you have more than 4 cars, but we made it work. Public parking is not far. There is construction on both sides of the property at this time. The home next door was being spray painted on Thanksgiving day, so we had to move all our cars to prevent getting overspray. Good news is it appears that home is nearing completion. The condo complex on the other side is having a pool makeover, so there was some mild construction also going on there. Overall did not deter our experience, although those who are booking for December 2019 should realize there will likely be some construction going on. The rooms were comfortable and it was a big luxury to stay with laundry facilities in the house. Very convenient. The 2 masters on the top floor with the shared balcony over the beach was perfection. Could use updates on beach chairs. We brought our own so not a huge deal for us. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property!

Thank you for the thorough and excellent review. The construction is nearing completion and is a temporary nuisance for now but expect by February 2020 that there will no impact at all. Definitely do need to bring your own beach chairs and equipment, whatever you may have found was just left by previous guests. Thanks again for the great review and hope to have you back soon! This place was perfect for our trip. We had five families with a total of 16 people in the house and we never felt cramped. The open concept in the living area was awesome at accommodating everyone. The beach location was great if you want to avoid all the crowds and the downstairs shower and covered patio was a great addition to keep the sand away. Be sure to avoid parking outside of the drive way-the neighbor called to tow us right as we arrived and were unloading. They do have an overflow parking area if you have multiple vehicles. The house was a bit musty and the washer was mildewed due to it being vacant prior (I’m guessing), but it went away quickly as we aired it out. We also found a great family photographer that took pictures at the fishing pier less than a mile down the road (Noelle Destin Photography). We would definitely come back!

Thanks for the awesome review! Occasionally with beach homes you do get a tinge of a musty smell when first arriving just due to the heavy humidity, but like you said it goes away quickly once occupied. Glad you loved the house and location - we hope to have you back soon! Gulf Coast Getaways

We shared this beautiful home with our family of 11 people for a most memorable beach vacation. This house fit our group perfectly with how all the bedrooms/baths were arranged and the easy access to the beach was the best part. They provided easy text access to the concierge for needs that came up during our week and the response was always prompt. The views of the gulf from the house were breathtaking. We will fondly remember this vacation at Sea La Vie!!!

We enjoyed the stay so much! It was very roomy, clean, and it was perfect for our week stay! We had two families that stayed in this home. I liked that there were 2 King bedrooms that had ocean view... Not many places have that option. Loved that there were two balconies that with ocean view as well. The ice machine worked well. It had ice available for us all week. The appliances are updated and everything worked well. We felt like it was home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!!
