Greg was a wonderful host. We didn’t encounter any issues at all during our stay. The property is beautiful, its location is perfect, very close to the beach and the area is family-friendly. It made our vacation much more memorable.

Most importantly, the house was a very short walk to the beach. The house was well equipped and the rooms were good. The mattress and pillows were not as comfortable as being at home, but what is?

This home had everything needed to stay for the week. It really did feel like our home away from home.

The house was nice and the pictures online are a good representation! Everyone enjoyed our stay very much! It’s basically on the beach which is nice too! For a house that allows dogs, it was very clean and had no pet smells either which I appreciated!! The only things I’d recommend is to maybe have 6-8 beach chairs for guests to use and to clean up the outside area around the house. The landscape around the house has a lot of scrubby plants, but some have stickers which aren’t good for human (even wearing flip flops) or pet feet and there is some trash/construction debris littered around. So maybe trim and pickup could/should be done around the yard area?? Property Management was easy to reach and very helpful prior to our visit too. The house was great and we had a great time and would book again if we visit Navarre again!

This house and its location was perfect for us. 4 adults, 4 teens, and 3 children. The only drawback was that there were no blankets. Had we known we would have brought our own. Everything else wonderful!

House worked well for our group of 13 mixed ages. Communication with management was excellent. The only improvement would be to add another hot water tank or a larger one. For this many people, there’s not enough hot water for showers without waiting. Other than that, it was excellent.

This was a GREAT property! We enjoyed ourselves SO much! The property was clean when we arrived, and we REALLY enjoyed the beach chairs and proximity of the house to the beach! Our kids even went to the local firehouse and got a tour from the nice firemen and women on a day where the weather wasn't favorable. It was a great time!

Our family gathered from Atlanta and Austin to celebrate Christmas at the beach. The house was well suited to our group with plenty of gathering space. The wrap around porch is nice. The bedrooms are very comfortable. We found that we had everything we needed for cooking great meals. The beach is gorgeous and just a minute's walk from the house. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We rented this home for a week at the beach with our 7 children, my parents, and my aunt. It was wonderful. We loved being able to walk to the beach throughout the day, and we could take turns running back to the house for kids to nap, grab snacks, etc. All of the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The party crowd at the condo next door got a little loud one evening, but you couldn't hear it inside the house. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this property. The beach access was extremely convenient. House was clean. Not a major issue - but furniture needs an upgrade. The couches are very worn and not much cushion left. Fees like you’re sitting on the wood frame. However, we spent most of our time out at the beach. We would stay here again.

We really thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Shades of Grey". Very comfortable and clean house. Also fantastic beach access 👌! Many memories we will cherish forever made at this house on Navarre Beach ⛱ ! Highly recommend this property!

Rented this house for my wedding with a handful of people and my pup. Absolutely beautiful! This house was the perfect size with all the accommodations. Gulf coast Getaways was great with the constant updates on check in, rules, codes, etc. and the owners of the property are also wonderful to allow dogs since I never leave home without mine. Only bad thing was there was stickers in the grass so we all got them in our feet but that’s nature and no ones fault, just had to walk 20 feet to the beautiful beach. We are already looking forward to booking with gulf coast for next year.

Although not completely in front of the gulf, it was so close and easy to walk to. Could see the gulf from some of the rooms. The house is beautiful and fit our 12 guests very comfortably. Will definitely come back to your properties and get the one in front of the gulf. Thank you!

WE had a blast. Walk out the front door and a few step your on the beach. Excellent location steps away from the beach without the crowds, beautiful house without the $$$$ price tag. Sunset on one side FULL MOON on the Gulf side. Thank you!!! Cant wait for spring!

Cannot really comment on the property "25 Steps from the Beach" since we didn't stay there - because the property owner didn't pay the electric bill and the power had been turned off the day before we arrived. However, I give the property manager - Gulf Coast Getaways - the highest possible rating. In 10 minutes they were able to put us in another, better house at no extra charge - even though it rented for ~3X what we were paying. Will probably skip VRBO next time and call Gulf Coast Getaways directly.

The house was great! Awesome access to the beautiful beach, newly updated house, and plenty of parking. Our group couldn't have found a better place to spend a weekend. When it says direct access to the Gulf, it's no lie - literally less than a 2 minute walk from steps of house to water. Hated to leave at the end of our weekend!

This house was a great deal! It had plenty of space, was well decorated, and the price was perfect! We looked at other places that were direct beach front that were twice the price! This place was just steps from the beach and was so affordable, We had 6 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of space! We plan on bringing the same group back this spring! It was a perfect vacation!

This house is so adorable! It is perfectly located right near the beach - my kids could easily walk to the beach on their own with out having an adult with them. It's just a short walk. We couldn't have been happier with the space the house had. The kids loved the three level bunk room and the adults loved having their owns space upstairs! It was a fabulous vacation ! We can't wait to come back and stay in the summer!
