The house comfortably fit the 10 of us. Kids especially enjoyed the dock and beach on the bay, which was just out the back door. We had no problems with the house, which was clean and beautiful!

We really enjoyed staying here at Greg’s place. It was the perfect location on the bay and very walkable to the beach. Even the bay had a little beach area. The text system with the host was efficient and very helpful. We had issues with the air conditioning one night and it was quickly tended to. We would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this Beach house. The property was clean and then neighborhood was very peaceful. The property was quick to answer any questions and resolved the A/C problem quickly. We had a wonderful time!

The property is fabulous and looks exactly as shown on the website. We had a downstairs plumbing issue with the shower which the management had fixed promptly and were very kind and easy to communicate with via text and phone. The sunsets were magnificent from the deck. The kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely rent again!

The house was great but the only thing we didn't like were that the sheets wouldn't stay on the bed. Also you to a couple of dish cloths.

Enjoyed this place a lot ! Bay was a great place for the kids to play when the ocean was too rough. Very close to beach as well. Views were spectacular!!! Quiet neighborhood. Bunk beds were great for kids except there needed to be rails on top bunks. Needed a few more cooking utensils like frying pans and large baking sheets and oven mits and pot holders . Also a better broom and dust pan and mop and vacuum would be nice. Big need for some mats to wipe feet we tracked in a lot of sand. Out door shower was great and loved the pier. Would definitely stay here again!!!

House has great potential and worked for our family this trip with plenty of room to allow for privacy but gathering in central areas. House needs the deck refinished...we did have an issue with ac and I have to commend the rental company for they had repairs done within an hour of reporting. Communication for check in, maintenance and check out was easy and excellent through text. Surprise was neighbors barking dogs.

We loved this property. The only lacking items were pack n play and beach toys which would have been nice added bonus. My parents were driving to meet us at the beach and brought most things. The kitchen was fairly well stocked for condo with plenty of dishes and cookware. So many options for activities for kids with the sound, beach, pool and the butterfly and turtle exhibits and playground nearby. We slept so comfortably with 7 adults and 2 children.

We loved our stay at Sundance! Great layout which was helpful for older family member. Back porch was so nice .... great view of sunsets and sound. Perfect for our family. We hope to come again. And must say, management was very accommodating...thank you so much! ... we are a local family that needed a convenient location for a family gathering....extremely satisfied!!

I can’t say enough about this property! Everything about it was amazing! The views were so beautiful and the house is so beautifully decorated! The pool is a short walk around the corner- my kids rode bikes, hunted for hermit crabs, went fishing, and had plenty of beach time at the gulf. It actually has enough space to sleep 16 people so if you are just bringing 10 you will have tons of space

We can't wait to come back! This is a great house! Our kids had one entire floor with their own bunk room, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette all to themselves! We felt like they had their own mini vacation! The adults had plenty of space on the other two floors as well! We loved the sound and found the area to be so relaxing! We can't wait to come back in the summer!

This was the 1st time staying at this vacation rental. We take our children, grand-children & great-grand children. This year even with the stairs (we had 4 under 4yrs of age) which took a little attention for the 2 youngest, it was a great place. The older grandchildren (21 to 16) enjoyed there space in the bonus room and bunk room. The pier going out into the bay was awesome. Everyone loved the access we had to the neighborhood pool (a plus, it was heated) and the gulf was only a short walk (1/2 mile) and the Navarre Pier was only a mile away. We had to bring our own bikes & canoe's (the place we rented last year had both) but other than that, it was an awesome place. Except for the few days in which we got rain, we were treated to some awesome sunsets. The beach on the bay side was excellent for the younger children. The only issue I had was the 1 time I tried the dishwasher, it did not do a good job. As it is a rental, I assume others were not careful as the wheels on the right side had come loose & had melted a little as it fell under the drying element. There were many so doing dishes by hand was easy enough. Paper plates helped to give us less to wash. We look forward to staying there again next year. Just hope the dishwasher is fixed. Other than that little "hick-up", it is an AWESOME place for a family vacation.

From the time we sent the first e-mail regarding this home, we were thrilled! Excellent communication via e-mails. The home was just remodeled and was so beautiful! The sound on one side and walking distance to the Gulf! Even the pool in the subdivision was perfect for a quick dip! Ideally located just across the bridge from Navarre and many attractions! Great restaurants nearby and shopping! Even the neighbors were very welcoming! The worst part was coming home! We hope to return next year!

We had a great week with our family! The sound side was very peaceful and the water was shallow, easy for little ones to play in. There was easy access to the gulf side within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and the pool was never busy (we only ever shared it with a couple of people at a time)! The new décor is beautiful and inviting. The neighbors on each side were very friendly and we met several locals from the neighborhood who were happy to recommend restaurants and things to do in the area. I would not recommend this property for people with small children. There are 2 sets of stairs that you can not block off easily and some breakable items that we had to move out of the reach of little hands. Otherwise, we had a great time and this property is amazing!

We just returned from a week here. We had 2 families (5 adults, 4 kids). The house is on the sound side with a dock leading to the beach. It was beautiful, private, calm. We never even went over to the Gulf side, no need to! Holly/Greg were great to work with, answered questions quickly and even had a new grill delivered when we inquired. We'd definitely stay here again! We've done this type of trip for 7 years and this is the best experience we've had so far (with home and management). Thanks for a memorable trip!

Absolute sunset is great beach home for a big family! I stayed in this house for a family reunion and we were able to fit almost all of us in it! Its not on the gulf but it is located on the bay so you still have a beautiful view every morning when you wake up! When we wanted to go to the beach, we could walk, it wasn't to far! I hope to come back to Navarre soon and if i do i will be definitely be staying here again!
