One of the biggest pools you will find on Pensacola Beach for a private home, right in the back yard with the canal views and tropical setting. Dream home for the fishing enthusiast as you can catch your bait from the backyard in the canal. How about nightlife and an awesome place for seafood - Peg Leg Pete's is a stone’s throw away, enjoy the music and atmosphere in the backyard hanging out at the pool.

This house has been on the vacation rental market previously, but now it is new and improved. The downstairs is new construction and is a complete experience on its own. It has a full-size den with a wet bar and TV along with a foosball table and dart board. It also has a brand-new game room with a beautiful pool table. This is a game lover’s dream! The game room includes a private bunk area with 2 sets of queen bunks. In addition, this private lower level has a large bedroom with a king bed and flat-screen TV. This bedroom opens directly onto the patio and pool area. The entire house has flat-screen TVs, nice bedding, attractive wall art, and several other upgrades.
You will not be disappointed! This house is first class!

The main living level has 2BRs that share a bathroom, one with a queen and twin, and the other with a queen bed. It has a vaulted ceiling great room, a designer chef’s kitchen with an eat-in table and kitchen bar, and a separate dining room. An additional half bath and laundry room are just off the kitchen.
The upstairs has two master bedrooms, one with two queens and a bathroom, the second with a King bed and bathroom with a large, jetted tub. Both bedrooms have a private balcony for enjoying the views! Additionally, we have added a twin Ottoman sleeper in the upstairs landing along with a comfortable seating area. Again, you will find the perfect balcony off the landing for beautiful sound views. Amazing!

Graduation stay

The house was great. Location was unique.House is in need of some repair. Had to hold toilet handles down to flush. Back deck had loose boards and railing was not secure. Latch was broke on the gate to pool so it just pushed open.I would stay there again. Thanks conrad

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was absolutely beautiful. There was a view of the ocean from the front and back of the home. The home was a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk. There were plenty of beach chairs, a large wagon to haul things to the beach and a few bikes for riding along the coast. Greg and staff were always very responsive. Thanks for a great vacation. My family and I will be returning.

Great spring break

Family vacation

It was an amazing house. The teens enjoyed having their own level. It was raining so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool , but it was very nice and clean. I would rent it again

Perfect

Definitely will try and book for our next stay in Pensacola. Property was clean and absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to many different places to play and eat. Did thanksgiving with friends and family while we were there and had plenty of room for everyone. Very nice property.

Great Beach House for Big Families

This home had more than enough room to accommodate our large family of 20+. The kitchen was spacious, the living area was very nice (with a big tv), and the lower level was perfect for the kids. The close proximity to the beach was very cool as well. I would stay here again without hesitation.

PERFECT FOR LARGE FAMILY!

This house was perfect for our 4 day weekend. Close access to the BEAUTIFUL Pensacola Beach. Our trip consisted of lots of family, 23 guests to be exact. However that wasn't a problem at all. The large space in this house is INCREDIBLE, everything is neat and organized, kitchen is stocked with very essential cooking appliances and tools. Pool was amazing along with the game room downstairs. Every bedroom was welcoming and beautiful, along with the bedding layout. I'm telling you, it was a perfect fit for our family! We enjoyed every bit of our stay and we will definitely have to plan another stay here! Thank you!

Family beach vacation

My 3 sisters and I brought our 75 year old mother to Florida for the first time in her life. There was plenty of room for all our families. We all enjoyed the pool and the sand area was great for the young kids. The teenagers enjoyed the game room and my son and grandson enjoyed fishing off the deck. The location was great, we were able to catch a Trolley and get to the beach with ease. It was a vacation we'll never forget.

Great location and comfy beds

We stayed at this property for 5 days as a group of 8 girls. The hosts were great and very responsive both before and during our stay. The location was perfect being a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We even got a bit of beach view from the balcony deck. The home itself is very comfortable and enough space for all of us to have some privacy as well. The only thing I would improve would be to have more back up amenities like toilet paper, trash bags and maybe some more basic kitchen supplies like salt and spices. Overall, great stay.

Perfect place to stay with a large family

Awesome! 4 family's stayed with a total of 21 of us ages 4 - 68 and everyone enjoyed their stay ! We loved fishing of the back and the views were great ! Everyone had plenty of space in the house and the kids loved the pool table and all the other games . The pool area was great and the kids loved jumping in whenever they wanted .

Vacation 2019

The only complaint that all of us would have is the pool was not as clean as it should have been. Drains were clogged with hair. Lots of debris in the pool. To much to scoop out and it was Cloudy.. Soon as I asked they sent someone over , but all that was done was add chemicals. Around the pool area was wonderful. Boat dock fit out boat and jet ski and could hold another if we had it. House was wonderful. Exactly what the pictures look like. Very hard to get in and out with boat trailer/jet ski
