The Beach House

This house is in the perfect spot with beach access right across the road. The set up was great for our group of 5 families. Plenty of space. The private pool was a huge plus and happy with it being gated to keep the kids safe. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious home near amazing beaches. Lots of outdoor seating near the pool and on the front terrace made for great conversation. Decorated in low key and relaxing blue hues - really appreciated the high-end touches!

Our team came down to play in a volleyball tournament and we had an absolute blast. The rooms were way bigger than I had anticipated, we had plenty of space for all of our players to hangout. The pool was an awesome touch for those who wanted to swim but couldn’t because of Francine coming in the day we got there. Overall we had a great time and played well in the tournament too, so that was a plus!

This home was a perfect place to enjoy some time with family. We mostly came from out of state. My 26 yo daughter said we couldn't have picked a better house for the vacation. We got the pool heated up and because of that some people went swimming in 65degree weather. And there is another frig downstairs which made it perfect for the cooking outdoors. Thank you!!

This home was perfect for our family of 20, it is equipped with everything you need to have the perfect vacation at the beach. We will definitely book this listing again. I would suggest more bathroom and kitchen towels.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our holiday family vacation. The layout allowed plenty of time together while the bedrooms were quiet enough to allow folks private/sleep time when needed. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook and it was awesome to have a gas grill on hand. Close beach access, an amazing porch and beautiful decor sure made it tough to leave. Huge kudos to the property team that communicated so clearly every step of the way. Can I give 6 stars :)??!

We came with 7 couples for a long weekend getaway and couldn’t be more pleased with the property and Gulf Coast Properties. The pool light out the first night and GCG came and fixed it very quickly! We received a new barbecue grill while we were there which was awesome for our steak dinner! The property was a great quiet location within feet of the beach access. Everything was very clean and stocked very well. We loved having 6 bedrooms all on the same floor. The extra fridge downstairs was great by the pool area! Pool was very clean! We will definitely book though Gulf Coast Getaway again!

This home was beautiful and true to the pictures. It is in a perfect location and the pool is a great addition for little kids or for those rougher days at the ocean. Our family enjoyed this trip and we will use this property again in the future.

We had 8 guests ranging from 12-70 and this property was amazing for our extended family stay. Except for one couple, everyone was able to sleep on the main floor, and gather in the open kitchen/dining/living area. The kids' bunks are queen sized and our teenagers were able to sleep comfortably. The downstairs suite is roomy but is a little "cave-like" since it has no windows. It has its own air conditioning unit and was comfortable for our group, but do note that it isn't "walled off" like a bedroom (it has direct access to the back door, leading to the carport and pool). Having the second refrigerator at the pool entrance (but inside) is a wonderful idea as it lets you have pool beverages handy, and there is also a bathroom located right there. The outdoor shower kept the sand outside which is fantastic when you're at the beach! We ate most meals in, and the kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to cook for 20 people; two dishwashers came in handy. My only suggestions, if the owners wanted to make this home next-level, would be 1) an ice machine, and 2) more hooks/towel bars by the pool and in all the bathrooms. With only one bath towel per person, it's difficult to dry out the towels between showers!

The house was great - exactly what we expected from the listing. The location being across the street from the beach was amazing! The pool was large enough for our big group to enjoy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat. The lower level doesn’t have any outside lighting - so you may need a nightlight or two if you’re staying down there! Otherwise it was great and management was really easy to work with anytime we contacted them.

Checkin was an absolute breeze everything done via text simple and smooth for a larger group of people traveling from 12 hours away. They even gave us a little bit of an early checkin which was so nice and very much appreciated. The house was beautiful perfect distance to the beach and plenty of parking for a group of 25 (didn’t have to street park) Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels. The pool was great just wished we had more time to use it. We are planning on using this house next year and hopefully years to come. Only suggestion the front master is somewhat warmer than the rest of the house bring and extra fan you’ll be fine!

The house was very spacious and nice. I loved that we could fit a large group comfortably. Kitchen has plenty of supplies for cooking. Outside could use a fresh coat of paint but we didn’t mind that. I would definitely consider this property in the future. Very close to the beach, just across the street. Loved it!

It was a great property with the right amount of space and beds for our family....The property was great but the fees were too much...The listed per night price went up 35% after all the fees...and we had to bring our own toilet paper & soap for each bathroom, as there was only 1 roll/bathroom and not enough soap for each sink. For that kind of $, the little stuff was missed.

This home is large, spacious and beautifully decorated. My son is in the Navy and was getting married over the weekend. We had many family members coming in from out of town and instead of staying in a stuffy hotel we decided to stay together in a large beach house. This house was perfect for our group. The exterior of the house probably needs a paint job to brighten it up. However, don't let that weathered exterior look fool you. The interior of this House is unbelievably gorgeous!!! Immediately, when you walk through the front doors your jaw will drop. This home is fabulous!!!! It was super clean, very spacious and decorated to the nines. The kitchen and living room area was our main hub every night to gather for dinner. We cooked every night where and enjoyed a meal comfortably in the large open kitchen and living room area. There was no shortage of seating to enjoy one another. The guys loved even watching football on the main TV . We prepared a large meal almost every night except for the wedding night. The kitchen was fully equipped with an enormous amounts of utensils, pots, pans , glass wear, appliances as well as all bar essentials (blender, cork screws,etc). So it gets better - Two dishwasher, two full size refrigerators was a major plus for our family. The gorgeous "quiet" Beach was directly across the street where it was literally steps from the house. The crystal blue in-ground pool in the back yard was just the icing on the cake. Plenty of out door seating on all of the decks areas. The rocking chairs and the grill on the pool deck was so relaxing. The Property manager was more than helpful and answered all my questions promptly. I Cannot not say enough good things about this property. Seriously Beautiful we will stay there again as long as my son is in Pensacola. Highly recommend for any family gatherings for all ages. Perfect!!

Everything was so wonderful! There were a couple of minor glitches such as a toilet paper holder falling off wall, oven not secured into wall, garbage disposal not working. In spite of those minor things, property management responded immediately and repaired that very day. In the words of all of our family members young to elders, “ this is a perfect place and we would love to come back here!”

This was a great house for our family gathering of 19. The location was wonderful and they did an excellent job on the interior remodel. The grill doesn't work well enough but I forgot to let them know while I was there. That is the only thing I can think of.

Our group of 22 (family & friends) got together for a MUCH needed reunion (after the pandemic kept us all apart for over a year!). We fell in love with Pensacola Beach, and ESPECIALLY with this house on Ariola Drive! The location is PERFECT (quiet neighborhood, beach to ourselves...but not too far from all of the "action" for those that sought it)! The house is HUGE (the photos are great, but it's even better than we expected)! There was MORE than enough space for us to all "go to our separate corners" when we wanted to, but then not feel too crowded when we all wanted to be together in the common spaces. The front porch is a great gathering spot, especially to watch the moon and stars over the Gulf at night! The great room/kitchen was exactly what we needed for our large meals and happy hours, filled with laughter and storytelling! The pool is so big, and the pool area was the best place to gather at the end of the beach day, to continue the fun and/or get out of the sun under the covered area! OH, and the proximity to the beach is amazing....SO close....you may as well be right on the beach! The house had everything we needed for a perfect week-long getaway! The kitchen is stocked so well, and we loved having two dishwashers and two refrigerators (one upstairs and one near the pool)! With 5 showers going around the clock, we were really impressed that the hot water never ran out. And there were an ample amount of sheets and towels to accommodate our large group. FINALLY, the entire team at Gulf Coast Getaways was WONDERFUL to work with. They were efficient, and incredibly responsive if we had a question along the way. I especially liked the text messaging system, which sent us great reminders throughout the week. We found that our entire experience met and exceeded every expectation we had. We will definitely be back to Pensacola Beach for another Emerald Coast vacation, and we will be searching for this house or another just like it through Gulf Coast Getaways! What an amazing week we had at this property and location! A group of 19 family/close friends and kids spent Spring Break here and couldn’t have asked for more. There was plenty of room for everyone, beach access was as good as it gets without being directly on the beach, and it was easy to get to town or to Gulf Breeze. A few notes for those who come next - there are two dishwashers but they don’t dry very well and there are limited dish towels. Be sure to pack a few extra. There are tons of bath towels but no beach towels so don’t forget them (they don’t claim to have beach towels there, fyi). There are plenty of chairs on the deck, no need to bring extras. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There’s even a second fridge/freezer downstairs. Covered parking is great. The beach is not crowded at all and just as beautiful as it is in Destin or Miramar. It’s like you’ve found your own little slice of paradise. Overall a really amazing time and we’d definitely rent here again!

Everything was as pictured! We had 3 families of friends together for spring break and had more than enough room for everyone. What we really appreciated was a bathroom for every room, double dishwashers and 2 sinks in the kitchen, 2 fridges, the private pool, and beach access right across the street (plus, this part of the beach wasn't crowded). Received quick responses to questions and changes up to the trip, plus frequent messages and reminders. No issues while we were there. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in Pensacola, Fl and this property made our stay even better! We had 18 adults and 3 infants and it was plenty of space. Some things I would recommend would be bring lawn chairs for the balcony because it doesn’t have enough seats. Only 6 people can sit there and with a group of 18 we couldn’t all be together up there hanging out at the same time. I know it sounds silly but a pizza cutter would have been nice as well. It was really hard to cut the pizza with the knifes provided. The place had a couple of cooking sheets but not enough for large groups. Also, a cleaning net for the pool by day 4 the pool had a lot of bugs in it and there’s was nothing to clean them out with. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we loved the house!!
