Welcome to The Glass House, a waterfront townhouse offering the best of both worlds—panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Sound and just steps from the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat features stylish coastal decor, multiple levels of living space, and unique access to both calm waters and Gulf-side adventures. Perfect for family vacations or friend getaways, it includes an open-concept layout, upgraded kitchen, and an abundance of natural light.

On the main level, enjoy a bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Sound, a dining area facing the Gulf, and a central kitchen with ample space for gathering. Downstairs, a newly added lounge area includes 4 twin bunks and walk-out access to the backyard. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite, while two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds and stunning Sound views. Enjoy coffee on the patio or take a walk along the water just outside your back door.

By far, my favorite beach vacation. The house is so roomy even our big family could fit comfortably.. the location is perfect. You have the bay in the backyard, with dolphins coming every day to hunt right outside the window. Short walk to the beach. It was everything we needed. Thank you so much. The kids loved this house so much, that they asked if we can come back here next year.

Perfect location! You can walk right out to the bay on one side of the house, walk across the road to the beach on the other. Close to the boardwalk as well. We will definitely be back!

The house is situated in the best place right across the street from the beach! We would loose the teenage boys in the backyard docks fishing every evening. The house was very spacious, had a large dining table, two living rooms with tv's and comfortable beds! The only down take was the washer/dryer, it may just need to be cleaned out since it left some weird spots on our clothes, other than that everything was perfect! Will definitely stay here again when we will be visiting Pensacola.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Glass House! We are local and loved staying on Sabine for the weekend, especially because we could bring our boat. The townhouse was exactly as pictured, very comfortable and clean! The bunk room was perfect for our group of teen boys, and the bedrooms upstairs had very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely be booking future ‘stay-cations’ here!

There were a few things that I might have included in the rental like shampoo, conditioner, and soap in a dispenser in the bathrooms. The house was very accommodating, space wise. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the water lap up on the shore. It was just steps across Fort Pickens Road to the beach

Fantastic location

Our 10 person group enjoyed our stay at this property, located perfectly to have views from the windows out the back to the Bay and out the front to the Ocean! Everything was clean, good beds and linens provided, and a 2 minute walk to a pristine public beach. No beach gear is provided so you have to bring your own. Easy check in and good communication too. We would stay here again.

Perfect condo for a large family

This tri-level property is definitely ideal for a large family. Our teenagers had their own level of the house, although a door to separate their noise from the middle floor would be ideal. There are lots of stairs so pack a baby gate if your bringing littles. The house is in a perfect location, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. We had beautiful views from the 2 upper levels and a patio out back to let the littles play. Definitely will book again, this condo was perfectly suited for us all.

Great condo

It fulfilled all our needs, although another full bath would be wonderful with 10! The boat dock for our boat and wave runner was the selling point! We brought our paddle boards and kayak so the Sabine was perfect for our water activities! Easy access to the beach a real plus! All and all - A+.

Great place

We’ve stayed twice and both times were great. Close to beach , sound and restaurants. Nice layout too. Bbq grill and new deck was nice. Only issue was the master toilet took 30 minutes to fill up

Perfect for our medium sized group.. location was everything!!

This was the perfect house in the perfect location. It was easy to feel right at home and the house had everything we needed to make our own meals everyday. Plenty of space for out group of 8. All of the neighbors were friendly, and it was a 3 minute walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend for families and larger groups.
