Location, location, location. This house felt exactly as advertised and it is remote enough to be in a quiet area, but within 5 minutes to almost anything. The beach in front of the house is absolutely perfect.

We had an amazing visit in a beautiful home with spectacular beach views! What more could you ask for?! The house was perfect for our family and friends! We love the Mardi Gras parade and this home was right on the parade route. This was an extra added plus for us! Parking was the only concern, but we worked it out!! Perfect vacation!!!!! Would most definitely stay again!!!

6 adults and 2 children. The house was spacious and everyone had plenty of privacy. The kitchen was wonderful and had every amenity. Easy walkway to the beach. The beach area was not congested and that was a must for our family and the reason that we chose Navarre for our family vacay.

To start this review I must absolutely rant and rave about the location and Mother Nature's magnificence. This property is located on one of the most beautiful expanses of beach that you will find anywhere. White sands, extremely clean (almost no weeds, or natural or manmade debris), and crystal clear water. Fantastic! Regarding the property itself, we were very pleased. The views from it's multiple decks were amazing, and recent updates were beautiful. The the property was well furnished and amenities were extensive. Truly a great place for our group to enjoy the joys of oceanfront living, if only for a few days. If I were to cite a couple of things for improvement I must cite the check-in and check-out times. Checking in at 5:00 pm on one day, and checking out by 10:00 am on another day in essence reduces, for example, a four day stay to only 3 1/2 days. Are 7 hours really necessary for cleaning? A couple other minor things were that the keypad on the lower level was extremely temperamental (we almost never could get it to work), and while the grilling surface on the outdoor grill was clean the burner area (underneath the grates) was filthy. (It burst into flames as soon as we lit the burners.) I would also like to take a minutes to compliment the city of Navarre Beach. A lovely city! Clean, plenty of restaurants, and in close proximity to grocery stores and other retail establishments. I would also be remiss if I did not mention the pier. Amazing facility and a walk out to the end is well worth the time and effort. Bottom line: This property is highly recommended!

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. There are a lot of stairs, but no one minded. That should be a consideration for older people. We loved the lower patio….so convenient to drop our stuff and pick it up again to go back to the beach the next day. The kitchen is large enough for several people to put together a meal, and lots of room for everyone to eat. We were missing one chair at the end of the table, however. Not a big deal, we managed. We never needed to communicate with the manager, but we were given all the numbers to do so, had we needed to. I hope the next family has a wonderful time in the house. We certainly did!

The property is a very nice location, our family of 14 was very comfortable. our only complain will be that the room downstairs was humid and moldy, needs to have a dehumidifier to help air circulate better, other than that it was very nice. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It sleeps 18 comfortably. The master bedroom is amazing and is beach facing. Other bedrooms are comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Main level has seating to accommodate a large group. Bring your own ice as the ice maker couldn’t. accommodate our group. Other houses/condos are very close but we still had plenty of beach space to ourselves. Overall nice place to stay!

The property was a great size with incredible views of the gulf. We had a large group of people split among different friends and family and we never had any issues with the house. A bit of sand in the beds, but nothing bad enough inside the house to warrant a bad review. The included propane grill is in need of a desperate upgrade/maintenance. We had a great time overall and I would definitely return again.

We loved pretty much everything about this property. The location is wonderful, the size of the property was perfect for our children, grandchildren, and grandpup. The layout of the home had great spaces so we could be together but also spaces to get some alone time. We all loved our time at the Shorehouse and would highly recommend!

House is lovely. Icemaker did not work and leaked water. Even if it has worked it could not have kept up with our family's needs and that was not a problem, just an FYI for you. A new dust pan would be good. hard to sweep sand in the one that is there.

This house had a rough session with Hurricane Sandy in September 2020 and several months this winter/spring was spent making it so much better - new hardy board siding, new paint, refinished flooring, new railing, and other upgrades. My family and I stayed here between Christmas and New Years for a short family get together. 14 adults and a baby. The house met every expectation I could have had. It was clean, and was just as nice as the pictures. I would like to come back and stay in the summer so we could use the beautiful decks that overlook the beach.

This home Eady accomodated our family group of 17. It is beautifully decorated and set for beautiful ocean views from many doors and windows! Both indoor and outdoor furniture was comfortable and perfect to meet our needs. Beach chairs were provided to take down to beach. Only problems were a weak wifi and need for sharp knives and a large pot... Still gave 5 stars because overall home was amazing!

Thanks for the awesome review! The wifi is high speed provided by mediacom and they had several outages in the entire area during your stay, hence the spotty coverage. We will definitely take the advice and get some sharper knives and make sure there is a large pot. Thanks again for the great review and hope to have you back!
