This house fit all of our needs. We absolutely loved being able to walk to the beach. .The kids loved the pool to play in after spending the day at the beach.Communication was great and when we needed some towels, they were delivered promptly.We were happily surprised to find leftover beach chairs at the house so check first before you buy some!

This house has been a tradition for me to get my children and grandchildren all together; it is like a second home. There were 18 of us this year and most of my grandkids are teenagers or older, and this house can still accommodate all of those people. A couple of things for the owners to consider: - front sliding door sticks and is hard to open/close - back sliding door is lacking an exterior handle - this wasn’t a huge deal because we have stayed here multiple times so we knew what to expect, but larger pots would be nice to be provided since the house can hold so many people. The upgrades made since we were here last were great! We will be sure to carry on our tradition of staying here in the future!

We love this home sleep all 20 of my family member comfortable with no real issues. When I sat no real issues the problems was solved when I contacted the agency about them.Also home could use a little remodeling, but I would definitely stay there again.

Place is very large, plenty of beds, and just a short walk to the beach. Parked 4 cars with no problems, could have parked 6-7. Some aging, but not where it mattered. Large kitchen, easy for plenty to cook and eat at the same time.

We only had 4 adults for the property. Too big for just us but I wanted close to the beach and a private pool. The pictures make the pool seem much bigger. We brought rafts but never blew them up. Love the front porch! Sat out there all the time. Neighbors (or renters) were nice. Everyone waived and said hello as they walked by. Grill was clean. Had to call for the pool to be cleaned and they were there within hours. They was a wasp nest too by the table on the front porch and that was taken care to quickly too. Would recommend for multiple families. We only used 3 out of the 7 bedrooms. The door going into the kitchen doesn't lock and a handrail on the front porch is loose.

Short walk to perfect beach. You can see the beach from front porch. When grandchildren get too hot on the beach, they would have fun in the pool. We had 16 in our party. Plenty of room for everyone. We would rent the beach home again.

We had our very first family reunion here and this vrbo was a perfect place for it. Just a short 3-5 minute walk to the ocean. There were 20 of us and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The house has a lot of space! We loved the front patio!!! Such a great place to sit and relax. We had a few maintenance issues but the property manager responded immediately each time and took great care of us. This home will definitely be on our list of places to return to.

We had a wonderful stay! Beach was beautiful and very close! Easy walk for our littles. Pool came in handy for more relaxed swimming! Loved the open concept of kitchen, eating, and living areas. Bedrooms were plenty big. Bathrooms were well located. House could use a few simple repairs and some paint inside and out. Yard had a lot of litter. Overall, a great experience for all 20 of us!

We had 4 families (18) on vacation. It worked out perfectly. The kitchen/living area was large enough to accommodate all of us. There were plenty of bedrooms for us. Each parent group had their own room. Our daughters (2) shared a room and the younger boys in the group shared a room. We have a bunch of college boys (6) and the bunk room was perfect for them. They had their own area away from the main living area. The beach was a close walk. We spent our mornings and evenings sitting on the front porch enjoying the ocean breeze. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach and an evening sip in the pool.

My extended family enjoyed a fantastic long weekend at this home. We had 5 families with 17 people total. The common area (living/kitchen/dining) was perfect for all of us with plenty of seating. Access to the beach is very close, and there is ample outdoor space around and under the home for kids to hang out. There is a second refrigerator downstairs which was very helpful to us. One clarification on the bathrooms--with the exception of the Master bath, all are hallway access, not Jack/Jill style shared between bedrooms. In all, the home was perfect for us, and we would definitely come back to stay.

Would definitely all stay here again. Can see the beautiful beach from main living space. Updated appliances and decor. Plenty of plates, glasses and utensils for a big family. A few suggestions: Read your packing list. Hairdryer not provided. Need to bring extra TP. It would be nice if extra warm blankets provided or some throws for the couches. However, when we asked for blankets they responded immediately and delivered next day. Guests be aware that fireplace is decorative only. Might want to ask for a few extra dish towels. Also need more specific directions on trash and recycle, which is which. WiFi provided but didn’t seem to work consistently. Didn’t affect us much. Would have been nice not to use data, but no biggie for us. Again, absolutely terrific stay. House is lovely, large, beautiful, comfortable. Would stay again. Truly is steps from the beach even though technically not right on the beach. I am looking at the sand and ocean right now as I write this review. Spectacular. Front porch faces the beach as does main living space. All connected. Great stay!! Near capacity. Room for all to spread out or hang together.

Thanks for the great review! This is a great beach house with space for many and so close to the beach. The wifi is high speed and the service provider is mediacom, sometimes on the beach mediacom has trouble with their internet service but it typically gets worked out quickly. Thanks for some of recommendations and we will be sure to implement some of those suggestions. Hope to have your group back again soon!

We loved the house. It was just what we needed for our family. There are two bedrooms downstairs with some wiring issues. You can’t turn on the fan without having the hall light on. But other than that, it was a lovely house. It is a short walk to the beach which worked out well. We had a wonderful time.

This house was amazing! We had the max amount of people and it still fit us comfortable where we all had space! The front porch has a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach was just a short walk away which was perfect considering we had kiddos. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet. Also, the house to close to all the shops and stores! The house was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again! A quick tip- if the wireless isn't working and you are not connected, just reboot it and it will work. :)

I was with a group that just recently rented this home over Spring Break. I don't have enough wonderful things to say about it! It was so "homey" and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably and the property was very well maintained! Will definitely look in to renting this property again in the future! We rented this beach house during Thanksgiving week and it could not have been more perfect for our family. It comfortable slept 13 people (6 adults, 7 kids) and had all the amenities we could possibly need. It's location is wonderful- not on the beach but close enough to where you still have a beautiful view and it's not far to walk to the beach. It's on a quiet, neighborhood-like street where the kids could ride their bikes. It has more than enough parking and a great yard to play in. Highly recommend this house - especially for a big group!

Rented this beautiful home for a week, it truly was a home away from home. My daughter's bridal party got ready for her wedding here and it's open concept floor plan was the perfect setting to do so in. Easy walk to the beach and to some restaurants and bars. We parked four cars and there was room for more. We didn't have kids with us, but this place is very kid friendly. The house is very beautiful but what made this trip for me was the Owner of the home. She was extremely personable and helpful. If we go back to Pensacola, I will seek to stay here again.

My friends and I took our first attempt at renting a large enough place for ourselves and our significant others to enjoy the beach as well as a charter fishing trip. This house worked perfectly for 17 of us (with room to spare)! There was plenty of living space and the kitchen/dining areas sat all of us very comfortably for meals (including extra guests). The house looks exactly like the pictures, so nothing was a disappointment. The owners were available promptly if needed and provided everything needed for a beach house rental. Walking to the beach was no problem - it was great to have a house so close to run inside for a beach break or an ice chest refill. Also, there are plenty of chairs for the beach and the beach buggy was perfect to hold all your beach stuff for the walk. The house is about a 2-3 minute drive from the majority of the restaurants and the boardwalk, so I would highly recommend this property for those that want to explore the island OR stay in to cook (which you will want to do to enjoy the house). My group was 100% satisfied with our rental, and we can't wait to go back again!!

This place was awesome! The house was exactly as the description said! The whole family loved it! The beds were so comfortable! All pillow tops as stated in description! Plenty of space for everyone to separate for privacy or congregate to socialize! An easy walk to the beach! Beautiful gulf view from front porch! Beach is beautiful white sand and crystal clear water! Plenty of parking! Plenty of places to eat, nightlife, and shop near by! There's a boardwalk with shops, food, and bars we discovered that was great just about 2 miles from the house. Some of the best seafood you can eat within just 2 or 3 miles. Crabs we got Em was fantastic! Again, very nice place. If we ever need a house this big again we will pick this one!!

We have stayed at various other beach rentals from Va beach, Nags Head and Daytona beach. I must say that we were so very happy with this house. There was plenty of room for everyone and Ashley and her husband encouraged us to call with any issues. We had a minor one and they were very prompt with getting it resolved. The decor of this home was awesome from the furniture to the beautiful pictures hanging throughout the home. My family felt as if we were at home away from home. A plus to our visit was that we were right at the beach and we were able to see the Blue Angels air show. It was awesome!!! We are planning to stay again!!!

My family and I met in Pensacola Beach for our first ever family reunion. We arrived at the house, walked in and we all were extremely impressed! The house was open, light and amazing! We had plenty of room for each family to have their own space, a large area to come together in and eat, and plenty of places for the kids to go play. Towards the end of our trip, we all stated how badly we wanted to stay and how we could see ourselves staying in that house forever! It was an extremely pleasant place to stay and we all agreed, we would not hesitate to stay their again.

The house exceeded our expectations-spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed cooking and eating in the large decks. -and our children loved the swing set! Steps to the beach, you can't beat the location! We will definitely be renting again!!
