Tranquility

We had 17 people visiting Pensacola and this house was able to fit everyone comfortably. We enjoyed our stay very much and it was very close to the beach and other attractions.The house had three refrigerators so storing our food was easy. The house also came with two wagons and toys for the beach which was super convenient. The private pool was very nice as well. A couple of things that would make the visit better or just be aware of. 1) The king bed upstairs needs to be replaced. It was worn out. 2) the whole house had like 5 hangers. Most rooms didn't have enough drawer space so most of us had to keep our clothes in our suitcases.3) there were no tupperwares so if you plan on cooking then plan ahead. Luckily we had enough fridge space to keep the food in the pots or used gallon ziplock bags to store leftovers. 4) We were very excited to ride bikes based on the pictures but 1 out of the 4 bikes worked properly. 5) only the main TV was about to get cable channels. None of the other rooms were able to connect. We don't know if we were doing something wrong or not but some instructions would be nice. Not a big deal since everyone had phones and iPads. 6) some of the rooms don't have a lot of privacy because you have to walk thru them to get to other rooms....again not a big deal. We just stuck our kids in those rooms. Overall the experience was great and the customer service was fantastic. We would love to stay here again

The stay was great but my husband and I are older and on the short side so we had a few problems with the big bathtub with the shower closers on the top of the tub so we could not step over the edge. Finally had to use the shower in the bath next to the kitchen. It had no place to put your soap or hair products. I carry handles to put on the walls to help us get in and out without falling. They don’t work on the textured walls. The best thing for us was the elevator. We really enjoyed the pool and patio area.

We had a group of 25 for an exchange program with college age students and this was PERFECT! The location was incredible and three levels to hang out on. Private pool, grills, plenty of seeting including views of the stars at night on the roof. Elevator as well if you have the need. Bikes provided to get back down to the main area but it was nice to be away from the crowds. Comforable beds and lots of bathrooms. Will book again down the road. Absolutely paradise!

This house was everything that was portrayed in the listing, if anything, it exceeded our expectations. Very clean, very well designed and well maintained. This property was great for our family which included everything from grandparents to grandchildren. Greg was very responsive throughout the whole experience, positive and helpful. The walk to the beach was closer and easier than we expected as we looked on a map to see it's proximity to the beach. The path to the beach was concrete until the last stretch that led to the beach. The questions we had during our stay were answered quickly and they had a very helpful attitude.

The home is very spacious and the bottom floor game room was the best. We had lots of fun. The home had bikes to ride as well. We used the grills outside to cook, I definitely recommend this home.

Great space with plenty of room. 2 of the listed bedrooms are “walk -Thru” rooms to additional bedrooms, so they are not as private as the others.
Read the list of amenities and especially what is not included: kitchen lacks spices (not even salt and pepper) or additional trash bags/paper towel/etc.

This was the perfect set up for our stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament and gad 5 families staying. Each family had their own area & bathroom and the game room downstairs was awesome for the kids! The walk to the beach was very easy and convenient! The great room was perfect for everyone to hang out together. The house was overall great and we’d definitely stay there again!

This house is ideal for a large group and the location can’t be beat. It’s a 4 minute walk to the beach and sits in an area that really isn’t very crowded (even though the hustle and bustle of Pensacola Beach tourist attractions is just down the road). We were in the area with a mixed group of adults and teens serving on a mission trip with a local church. If you need a house to be able to divide teen guys and girls, this is it! The top floor has its own separate entrance but also is accessible via the elevator. The management was so timely in getting back to us and they were always super helpful. We would absolutely come back and will recommend for any large groups we know going to the area.

We were in Pensacola for my Dad’s funeral and needed a home that would work for our large family. It was perfect. Enough space for us each to have privacy but also be together. The beach is an easy walk and we also got in the pool each day. The balcony furniture was also perfect.

Was a totally successful trip for our family’s girl’s trip of 10. House was perfect in every way. We all felt especially the clean everything. The layout fit our needs. Location and time of year added to relaxing trip.

Our second time at this property. We love it! Almost tempted to give a bad review so it won’t get all booked 😂. Family of 18. Plenty of room! Do wish there were larger skillets though!

For a family of 12 with ages ranging from 1 1/2 to 50 this was the perfect house! We had so much room to be spread out. The house is spacious and the common areas were perfect size for everyone to gather for meals and for fun. The pool was enjoyed by all along with the short walk to the beach. We will definitely be looking to return when everyone's schedules permit. Thank you!

This beach house is one of the best stays I’ve found. Lots of room for people to sleep. The third floor is unique and privately tucked away. Great outdoor space on every level! Love that it has an elevator. Lots of parking inside the garage and in the driveway. Perfect location! The property management staff were quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with.
