Tuscan Sun is the dream beach house you’ve been searching for, offering unrivaled luxury in the best location on Pensacola Beach. This 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom home is designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy for every guest. With an additional half bath on the main living level, this multi-story home has everything you need for an exceptional vacation experience.

The house spans three levels with an elevator for easy access to each floor. The first level features a spacious great room and chef’s kitchen with an open design that flows seamlessly into the Gulf-front patio with an 18x12 private pool (heating option available). The master bedroom is also located on this level for ultimate convenience.

On the second level, you’ll find a small sitting area with a wet bar and four additional bedrooms: a king bedroom, a queen and twin bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a king bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort.

The third level is the ultimate space for relaxation and fun, featuring a beautiful pool table room with a queen sleeper sofa and the 6th bedroom with four built-in twin bunk beds. There’s also a rollaway twin bed for additional sleeping space. With plenty of room to spare, this home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests.

Great location! House was clean, had plenty of starter supplies and extra towels! Pool area was extra relaxing and BBQ area was a bonus! Host was prompt to respond with anything needed!

Beautiful home and a 3 min walk straight to the beach. Lots of space for our big group (10 adults + 2 children). Very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. We had a few minor issues pop up (low battery in smoke alarm overnight), ceiling fan not working, and they were responsive (even outside of posted support hours) and had someone out to fix asap. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Beautiful Beach House

Tuscan Sun is a lovely home on the beach. The location was great, although I was a little disappointed that the construction was still ongoing across the street. Not so much for noise, as for the parking on the street. The workers parked right next to the beach path, so it was difficult for people, especially kids, to see oncoming cars when crossing the street. Understandably, that is not the fault of the rental. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It also afforded amazing views from the balconies. There was plenty of room to spread out for our large group of 17. The ice maker wasn't really working on the refrigerator, but it was not a problem to buy additional ice. The two dishwashers came in handy with so many people making food. All in all, it was a wonderful rental, and we would definitely recommend.

Thank you for great 5 star review. People are allowed to park on the south side of the beachfront street, but they definitely should not block the beach access point that is right there. Future guests should know that the construction is in its final finishing stages and the house that was built is just about done. Thank you again for the review and we hope to have you back soon ! This house is beautiful!! Location was perfect literally had the beach to ourselves!
The pool was 😎 awesome. We would have loved some black out curtains to sleep in,but the windows are great if you like lots of light. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy .. Elevator was great to get luggage up and everything situated.
Definitely probably the best vacation we had in a long time !

Beautiful Home

The house is brand new & beautiful! The views are spectacular & the location is perfect! Beach access is right across the street & just steps away! The beach was very quiet & so much less crowded than others we’ve visited in the area! We had 14 people & the pool/pool deck were a little small, but we loved the views & having the pool on the second floor! Warning to parents - there is a steep spiral staircase going down to the ground level from the pool deck, which was very stressful with our toddlers! We ended up having to use a patio table to block it, but having a gate there would be ideal! We wished there was hand soap in each bathroom, so plan on bringing/buying that, along with toilet paper, beach towels, laundry detergent, laundry soap, coffee filters, hair dryer, etc. as not much was provided - they did warn us ahead of time about most of this, so we came prepared. We had a couple electrical issues, but the management company was very responsive & got everything fixed almost immediately. They were also very accommodating with our check in/out! Would definitely recommend this spot!

Brand new beautiful vacation home. Nicely laid out and comfortable for 10-14 people. Great location. Close to the beach and everything downtown Pensacola Beach. We rented the golf cart too & loved it!
