' Sandy Bottoms' is a beautifully updated gulf front condo.  From the moment you walk in the door you will see that it has been tastefully decorated in beautiful beach colors of blues, greens, and coral. The attractive artwork showcases the talent of local artists. The furnishings are not only beautiful but also comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit provide some of the best Gulf front and sunset views available on Navarre Beach.The open living concept is wonderful and makes gathering with family and friends easy!

The dining room has a large table with a bench and chairs to provide group seating. The kitchen also has a spacious breakfast bar with 4 stools.  You will find plenty of seating in the living room.  There are two new sofas and an additional chair that is perfect for reading a book, watching tv ,or just admiring the views of the gulf!
The master suite has a king size bed with a new pillow top mattress, and a new flat screen TV. This bedroom also has access to the main balcony with those amazing views. The master bath has his and her sinks as well as a large walk in spa shower with bench.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed which makes it perfect for parents with small children or a group of teens.  This bedroom opens to the main bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom is not just a bedroom but almost another suite! It is perfect for a second couple, grandparents, or guests that prefer a little more privacy.  This room is beautifully decorated in nautical colors of blues greens and whites.  It has a king bed, love seat and full bathroom.  Additionally, this 3rd bedroom has it's very own private deck that looks to the North and West for great sound and sunset views!

This condo is at the Caribbean Resort which offers a  great pool, two hot tubs (one is extra large), covered seating and open seating at the pool area.  The Resort has recently added an updated beach walkover which is wheelchair, stroller and wagon accessible with a large ramp.  They have even included a seating area for enjoying the sunsets!  This is a feature you are sure to appreciate.
