This is a brand new construction 5BR/7BA home with every possible amenity you could want for the beach! This is for the beach lovers, the boaters, the water sport enthusiasts, the fisherman, and the families going on the ultimate Navarre Beach vacation.
The layout - starting from the ground level up.
At ground level is the garage, two garage doors in the back that open up to the 15 by 30 ft pool (which is huge for the beach), Outdoor shower, grill, Bar, TV, full size refrigerator, ping pong, connect four, and a half pool bathroom.
The main level you will find the open kitchen and living room (queen sleeper sofa), and one bedroom with 2 king built in bunk beds and two twin built in bunk beds and on suite bathroom. The main level has one 1/2 bathroom.
Upstairs is 4 additional bedrooms :
Bedroom #2: Master Suite w/King Bed and large on suite bathroom w/large walk in shower & stand alone tub.

This new house is located on the west end of Navarre Beach, in an area known as Grand Navarre. The house sits on 40 feet of canal front, the canal leads out to the intracoastal waterway and opens up the beautiful Gulf Coast.
This house is designed and built for vacation renters in mind - each bedroom has it's own on suite bathroom. The house has a nice sized private pool, with the ability to be heated ($75 per day).
The house has been professionally designed and decorated, modern but yet comfortable.
The property has some very unique options - Bring your own boat or rent the boat with a captain, the boat stays at the house on the boat lift if not bringing your own watercraft. If you are bringing your own boat the boat that is with the house will be moved so you have space to dock.
6 seat Golf Cart in garage which can be rented and used to travel around Navarre Beach. There are some other fun amenities such as ping pong table, connect four. Additionally, the beach fun package provided for the guests includes - Kayaks, 4 life vests, 6 Beach Chairs, 5 Umbrellas, and a beach wagon!
Pool heat ** $75 per day must be for entire stay **
Golf Cart ** 6 seat at $750 for a week, ask about daily rates **

Kitchen stocked with everything could possibly need.
Loved the access to gas grill.
The pool was wonderful and access to pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. was great.
Each bedroom with ensuite bathroom was so nice !
Mattresses, pillows and bed linens were very comfortable.
Kitchen was large and more than enough room for our meals and hanging out.

Wonderful place- fulfilled all our needs with space, beds, laundry, beach items. House logistically has a great set up. The elevator was very helpful for elderly, small children, and when unloading luggage/groceries. Easy access to beach & pool. Beautiful drive to Pensacola for dinner. Highly recommend.
