Description


Gulf Coast Getaways is proud to present this beautiful, sound front Pensacola Beach home.  The owners are excited about sharing their newly renovated vacation home with the discerning customer.  

 The home is located directly on the intercoastal waterway (sound) while less than a five-minute walk to the beach on the gulf side.  With the calm shallow water on the sound side, it is the perfect, massive “pool” for families with children.  Your family and friends will have hours of fun swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding.  A 200+ foot pier provides a place to tie up or anchor watercraft that enables you to be on the water with your boat or jet ski in moments.   There is plenty of depth at the end of the dock to tie up and secure a boat, as well as a ladder down to the water.  The fishing can be excellent from the dock with all types of sport fish that inhabit the intercoastal.

The house is elevated on pilings with two living levels.  An elevator services the ground garage area and both living levels.  The main level boasts a very nice chef's kitchen open to the great room and dining room.  Additionally, this space opens to a great waterfront covered deck that runs the length of the house. The private deck provides an amazing panoramic view of the intracoastal with spectacular sunsets.  A large laundry room off the kitchen has a washer and dryer as well as a second refrigerator/freezer for extra food and drinks for your group.

 The house can sleep 17 people comfortably.  The master bedroom is on the main level with a king bed and large master bathroom with separate shower and tub. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms with a great room.  On the west side of the house with separate stairs for additional privacy is a large bedroom with two queen beds and its own bathroom.  On the east side there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed that share a bathroom.  The great room has a queen bunk bed and 2 twin day beds with their own bathroom and ample space for relaxing, playing games, and watching tv.

 A garage area on the ground covers half the footprint of the home providing plenty of storage space for cars and beach gear.  The other half provides a patio to play games and relax.

 A public playground and basketball court are four houses away and public tennis courts are a two-minute drive.  The home is a five-minute walk to the most popular breakfast place in town along with many other shops, bars, and restaurants.  Enjoy the best of all worlds with easy walking access to the sound side, gulf side, recreation, and Pensacola Beach nightlife!

** The 5th bedroom is the new loft/common area, it sleeps 6 so it is best described as a bedroom for search purposes even though it is a loft/common area on the 2nd floor.  There is a twin roll away bed to bring the total sleeping to 17 **

Pet Friendly Properties
PETS:Some of our properties are pet friendly. Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. ** Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 1-2 Pets depending on property - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees.If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.

The Santa Rosa and Escambia Island Authorities do not allow pets on the beach. Dogs allowed on specific dog beach designated areas: Dogs are welcome at the designated dog beaches on Pensacola Beach. Located at parking lots 21.5 and 28.5 only. All other public beach areas and parks on Pensacola Beach are off limits to dogs. Dog Beach 21.5 is located on the west side of the island on Fort Pickens Rd., in the first parking lot past the last set of condos on the Gulf. Dog Beach 28.5 is located on the east side of the island on Via de Luna, in the first parking lot past Portofino Towers.

Signs are posted to designate the dog beach areas. Both dog beaches are open to dogs only. Dogs must be on leash at all times at the dog beach. This is required. Per Florida law, a current rabies tag must be on the dog. Owners must pick up and properly dispose of their dogs waste. Doggie bags and disposable bins are available at both locations. But just to be safe bring your own. Remember, like you, dogs need fresh water and protection from the elements too. Pack a bag with a water bowl and water for them, if you plan on staying awhile. Dog Beach Hours are sunrise to sunset daily, except during turtle season (May 1 October 31) when open 7 a.m. to sunset daily.
