Gulf Coast Getaways would like to introduce our newest, direct beachfront Luxury home!  The Pelican Dive is a 5BR/5.5BA direct beachfront home on a large 100 foot wide beachfront lot.  The house is a luxury home, finished at the end of 2023 and brand new to the vacation rental market for Late Spring 2024 and beyond. 

This is a reverse living house where the majority of the bedrooms (4BR/4BA) are on the lower level and the kitchen, great room, dininig area, and Master Bedroom are on the top level. There is an elevator that can be used (elevator fee $150, waived for elderly or mobility impaired) from the ground level to access all floors. 

The house has multiple decks with direct viewing of the Gulf of Mexico, private wood walkway over the dune to the beach, propane fed outdoor grill, huge picturesque viewing windows, modern furniture and appliances, stand alone icemaker, 3 separate refridgerators, covered and open parking, beach equipment provided (see list below), and much more!

The first floor is considered the "bedroom floor" with 4 full sized bedrooms and 4 corresponding bathrooms to service each bedroom.  Bedrooms 1,2, and 4 are gulf front facing!
This level can sleep up to 22 Adults if needed.

Bedroom #2: Has a king bed and 2 queen sized beds.
Bedroom #3: Is a large bunk bedroom with 4 adult queen custom built bunk beds.
Bedroom #4: Has a queen bed.   

The main floor which is the top floor has the Chef's designer Kitchen, open floor plan living room and dining room, wet bar area with bar seating for 4, ktichen table seating for 10, dining island seating for 6, coffee bar, half bath for the living area, access to the top level outside deck, and the Master Bedroom (the 5th bedroom in the house). 

Bedroom #5: The Master Bedroom is a full master suite with King size bed, standalone bathtub, custom tiled large shower with overhead waterfall shower head, and of course direct beachfront facing with incredible views.

Pet Friendly Properties
PETS:Some of our properties are pet friendly. Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. ** Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 1-2 Pets depending on property - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees.If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.

The Santa Rosa and Escambia Island Authorities do not allow pets on the beach. Dogs allowed on specific dog beach designated areas: Dogs are welcome at the designated dog beaches on Pensacola Beach. Located at parking lots 21.5 and 28.5 only. All other public beach areas and parks on Pensacola Beach are off limits to dogs. Dog Beach 21.5 is located on the west side of the island on Fort Pickens Rd., in the first parking lot past the last set of condos on the Gulf. Dog Beach 28.5 is located on the east side of the island on Via de Luna, in the first parking lot past Portofino Towers.

Signs are posted to designate the dog beach areas. Both dog beaches are open to dogs only. Dogs must be on leash at all times at the dog beach. This is required. Per Florida law, a current rabies tag must be on the dog. Owners must pick up and properly dispose of their dogs waste. Doggie bags and disposable bins are available at both locations. But just to be safe bring your own. Remember, like you, dogs need fresh water and protection from the elements too. Pack a bag with a water bowl and water for them, if you plan on staying awhile. Dog Beach Hours are sunrise to sunset daily, except during turtle season (May 1 October 31) when open 7 a.m. to sunset daily.
