    We our proud to offer this house for the discerning traveler who expects a modern design and step above even the nicest of beach homes.   Definitely an upper end, newly constructed home (finished Spring/2021) with no expense spared and the feel of luxury.   Modern/vertical type house, recently built, and in a fantastic location!

    On the top level is the pool room that has two twin bunk beds, and bedroom with queen bed with a full bathroom. On the main level is the master bedroom with king with twin daybed, living room, kitchen and this is the level of the pool (outside deck pool). The bottom level has another master bedroom with king, bedroom with queen and twin bunk style built in bed, and another queen bedroom. All bedrooms have on suite bathrooms.

    Note: This Pensacola Beach House is for moderately large size group 10-14 will be quite comfortable.

    Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. Surf & City is Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.

Pet Friendly Properties

The Santa Rosa and Escambia Island Authorities do not allow pets on the beach. Dogs allowed on specific dog beach designated areas: Dogs are welcome at the designated dog beaches on Pensacola Beach. Located at parking lots 21.5 and 28.5 only. All other public beach areas and parks on Pensacola Beach are off limits to dogs. Dog Beach 21.5 is located on the west side of the island on Fort Pickens Rd., in the first parking lot past the last set of condos on the Gulf. Dog Beach 28.5 is located on the east side of the island on Via de Luna, in the first parking lot past Portofino Towers.

Signs are posted to designate the dog beach areas. Both dog beaches are open to dogs only. Dogs must be on leash at all times at the dog beach. This is required. Per Florida law, a current rabies tag must be on the dog. Owners must pick up and properly dispose of their dogs waste. Doggie bags and disposable bins are available at both locations. But just to be safe bring your own. Remember, like you, dogs need fresh water and protection from the elements too. Pack a bag with a water bowl and water for them, if you plan on staying awhile. Dog Beach Hours are sunrise to sunset daily, except during turtle season (May 1 October 31) when open 7 a.m. to sunset daily.
